I ordered a personalised Father’s Day poster with a frame from Personalized Gift Shop. The frame itself arrived in good condition and looked nice, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the poster.
The print quality was extremely poor and looked as if it had been printed on ordinary printer paper rather than high-quality photo paper. Honestly, it is something I could have printed myself at home. For a personalised gift that is meant to be special, I expected a much more professional finish.

Update: After I posted my review, the company contacted me, carefully looked into the issue, and sent me a replacement print free of charge. The new print is of very good quality, and I really appreciate the way they handled my complaint.
However, I still believe that the original product should never have been sent in that condition in the first place. While I'm grateful that they resolved the issue, the replacement doesn't change the fact that the initial order was disappointing. For that reason, I don't feel it's appropriate to give a full five-star rating.

Absolutely excellent!!. I ordered 2 personalised items which were delivered very quickly. I had an issue with one of the items and contacted the company. Charlotte was absolutely amazing and sorted out a replacement extremely quickly, without any fuss. The prices on the site are competitive and a lot less than you would expect. This will now be my first stop for personalised gifts. Make sure you take a look at their website, you won't be disappointed.

What a lovely experience, I had a query about delivery which was responded to quickly, efficiently and felt very personally considered by Charlotte, something I highly value. i thought when my husband opened his gift he was going to cry as it was so lovely, well made, and will definitely be very well used. From ordering to opening was all within 3 days, what more could you possibly ask for. I would highly recommend if you have a reason to use them then please do so, I know that I will be buying from them whenever I can.

The service I had from Personalised gift shop was five star and the product is exactly what I wanted.
Unfortunately Evri managed to completely lose my original gift but Charlotte at customer services came to the rescue and organised a replacement which arrived safely and was much appreciated.

The quality of the water bottles is wonderful and they were delivered, well packaged, very promptly.
Contact from the suppliers was good and informative and a minor glitch (item out of stock) was quickly sorted with an alternative but still arrived the next day!

Wow! What truly AMAZING service! I ordered a frosted glass tankard, for a birthday gift, which arrived, very quickly, but had a very tiny piece of glass frosting missing. I hesitated in pointing this out to the supplier but I am very glad I did as, literally, the next day, by a courier at 7pm the evening before the birthday, a brand new, absolutely perfect tankard was delivered at no cost (to me!) It is extremely unusual for me to be so impressed by an organisation but I would not hesitate, for a second, to highly recommend Personalised Gifts Shop. First time ordering from Personalised Gifts, ordering process very easy. Variety of photo frames which are personalised and include a personal photo was really good too. Order acknowledged straight away then order received 2 working days after. Quality was amazing delivered with care. I would definitely order from this company and would highly recommend.

The whole process from ordering specifics online to payment was streamlined and easy. The website is very easy to navigate. My order arrived quickly, was exactly the high quality I was expecting and was beautifully engraved. All this was done for a very reasonable price.

Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the fabric of a personalised apron order. When I contacted customer services, they got straight back to me and a new apron arrived the following morning. A very speedy service, which meant I had the present in time to give 😀
