I have been shopping at your store for years and the delivery is one of the benefits in what set you apart from other online retailers. Ive recently discovered you have changed courier companies which now causes problems when all orders are now with signature. What an absolute hassle having to now wait until Monday to have it delivered. NZ Courier much better.

I am a regular customer of Perfume NZ. I keep going back to them because they are reliable and have a greater range of fragrances, which are competitively priced.

I have purchased around 70 bottles in past 6 mths from Perfume NZ for my business so... Buying frm this company is a thrill. I'm in Auckland, so is Perfume NZ. However, recieving my orders within 48 hrs of payment is truely amazing in today's world. This company is tried and tested after 20 + years in business, totally at the top of their game. Also I have tried the competition AND NO ONE CAN MATCH the service from Perfume NZ. This company is 100 % safe + recommended. They just do it SOO WELL.

Update: Since posting my original review, the matter has become even more concerning. After returning the perfume exactly as instructed, I was later informed that Perfume NZ alleges the item they received was not the same as the one originally sent. I strongly dispute this claim, as I returned the same unopened product I received.

To date, they have never refunded me my money. The matter has now been referred for investigation, and I have also lodged complaints with the relevant authorities. I will provide another update once the investigation has been completed.

At this stage, my concerns remain focused on the company’s communication, handling of my return, and overall customer service.

My experience with Perfume NZ has been extremely disappointing.
After numerous emails and returning the perfume to the person in Sales as instructed, I have still not received any response. It has now been over a week since the package was returned, and I am still waiting for communication regarding my refund.
I expected at least an acknowledgement that my returned parcel had been received and an update on my refund, but to date I have received nothing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their communication and customer service.
