Overpriced for shipping; non-standard rewards expiration
Rewards points that list there expiration date should be usable on that date. That's how most coupons, deals etc. work. I was irritated to lose my rewards when I logged in on the last day they were available and find them gone.
Second, the shipping prices are exorbitant. Charging shipping on dollar amount (rather than weigth etc.) is theivery. You're making money on charging more for shipping/handling than it actually costs you and that is an unethical practice.

My main complaint is with the shipping and handling charges. They seem really out of line, especially when so many other companies offer free shipping when the items you are ordering exceed a certain price range.
You would think that when you order over $500 of merchandise that you would get a perk of free shipping.

Quality customer service.
Accidentally chose the wrong shipping method without realizing it. A staff member reached out almost immediately and fixed the issue. They were very accommodating and kind.
I've been using their equipment for several years and I always recommend them. High quality and extremely affordable.
