I mistakenly ordered the resistance bands without the foam pad in the middle I did not realize this until I tried to set them up. It was a little confusing since they looked just like the Gray Cook Band in the photos.

Thank you for having what I need and helpful videos
I love the helpful videos that show how to use the products. It was easy to find just what I was looking for. I had an abdominal surgery a few months ago and am having another one in two weeks. After I heal from that, I am getting my body back. It will be a journey but worth it.

I ordered quite a few products
I ordered quite a few products. What is most confusing is the super bands. The charts are not easy to understand. I basically wanted a super band that was fairly light, not too dense, to be harder on my back or my knees. I had just taken some DVRT master classes, and ordered the yellow Superband, but it’s still doesn’t seem to be Goldilocks, not too hard not too easy use for me. It’s hard to explain. I just wish there was a better way to buy the proper band.

not clear on shipping
I wanted it shipped to my house. I actually tried to make sure that this was what was going to happen. Your website did not show shipping charges. The order came through to my email and said it was going to be shipped to my house then I got another email that I could pick it up in RI which is the next state. Then you emailed me and said you could ship it to me for $9.95. At his point I said ok but was angry about the experience and paying another $9.95.

I like being able to buy the specific…
I like being able to buy the specific colors/resistances of loops that I need so I can replace them as they tear. The delivery is quick and they are affordable, the resistance is consistent between colors and they don't loosen too much with use. I do wish they were more durable but I guess that's just a feature of the material.
