Very Poor Quality, Not Worth the Price
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Perfect Moment.
I purchased a ski suit at a very high price point, expecting both quality and customer care to match. Unfortunately, both have been deeply lacking.
After a normal use of the item, and a wash strictly according to label instructions, it became damaged, and despite there being no evidence whatsoever of misuse, my claim was dismissed outright.
The response was dismissive and rigid, hiding behind generic policy language rather than addressing the actual situation.
What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability. When you invest in a premium brand, you expect not only quality craftsmanship but also fair and respectful treatment when issues arise. In this case, neither was delivered.
It is difficult to accept that a brand positioning itself at this level would refuse to stand behind its product without any meaningful investigation or willingness to engage constructively.
I would strongly advise others to reconsider before purchasing, as the after-sales support does not reflect the price or brand image.
In addition to all of that, their outfits are simply inappropriate for skiing!!!!! I wish I could attach photos.
