Terribly built. Constant sports spoilers, how hard is it to have a restart from beginning button on games? Overpriced too.

Customer services is too bad, I payed two time premium and premium plus for watch basketball game, I can't see because say upgrade, no good, bad services

Content available under subscription doesnt include anything I paid to watch horrible line up for price they suck u in to subscribe but then lock almost everything but basic TV that I have on other apps. Then they wont refund they just want u to pay more to upgrade peacock isn't worth the 80 to 180 they charge wont ever sign up again lesson learned.

Peacock is a rip-off, I was charged for Peacock thinking I would get to see the NBA and WNBA games, no such thing, what I PAID FOR is what I already had channel 4. Peacock has no customer service to better deal with ripping consumers off. I actually paid for the service already part of my cable package and can not contact anyone to cancel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an absolute shame of an experience. Terrible technical quality, lackluster entertainment and the icing on the cake, was being resubscribed from my monthly plan to an annual premium plan without ANY warning or notice. Went from paying $24/year to being charged $140 annually without any prior notification. Had previously signed up with my Paypal account, and so when my time was up, Bam! $140 subscription with zero way to contact anyone. And I do mean ZERO options. AI chat bot that constantly just says "I do not understand that command, try again". Or send an email and wait for a canned response that basically just says "Sorry, thanks for your subscription".

What a scammy experience and shame on you Peacock/NBC/Comcast and whoever else is associated with you.

Peacock would be awesome if all of the ads were not in Spanish. Last time I checked, we were not in Mexico.

Watching nba playoffs, turn off the damb player names and stars, don't help and block the view, if you need to kmiw the players names you shouldn't be watching!

This is the worst steaming service on the planet. I payed extra to watch the nba playoffs. The night I paid I messed with it for two hours. Got it to work on one of my tvs. After the game ended. Trying to watch now and it works on one tv not the main one wants me to pay agin!!!!!!!!!! Run

They (Peacock) are not truthful about the $7.99 monthly! I “was” trying them out to see if it was worth it. I wanted to try the Yellowstone series and was told I had to upgrade to $14.99 a month. Then I had spoke with a “virtual “ agent who refused to let me speak to a live supervisor on my request and had the nerve to send me a form it would cost me $5.00 to speak live with a “tech” not a supervisor for $5 dollars PLUS a $70 fee!!! I have this saved in my iPhone!! Really this is what has happened to today’s society!!! I have worked in this field and am totally disgusted! Please feel free to comment.

I just paid money for premium subscription. So I could watch the Dodgers game and after I did all that, the app wouldn't let me watch the game. It said due to streaming rights and my location service cannot be provided. They don't even have a way to contact customer service.I tried. I'm kind of mad about it.And this is my only way to let it other people know.

Just horrible streaming. I can hear some commercials but screen is black. Must click my mouse to make screen come back. Constant blacking out during the game. Just not a good experience. I would like a free month or two! Not really worth it.

Peacock is the worst. It’s easy to sign up but horrible to cancel. The prices are misleading they give you half the content for $7.99 and simple she’s and series you have to pay an additional $10.99 on which if that’s the cast just start the plan out at $17.99. Very misleading and unclear on what you paying for.

Full replays of all English Premier League games each week were ended mid-season, without any financial compensation to those who had a paid subscription specifically for those broadcasts. Again, the consumer is short-changed so NBC could realize sale proceeds.

In order to watch some tv shows that they allowed me to watch this time it said upgrade too continuously if I could i would give them zero stars

The worst experience I ever had in my life is the Peacock TV.
I subscribed to the Tennis Channel through Peacock TV expecting to watch… well, the Tennis Channel.
But instead? I got access to something called Tennis Channel 2 — which, by the way, is FREE. No subscription required. So what exactly did I pay for?
Naturally, I contacted customer service… and that’s where things got worse.
Instead of fixing the issue, they were rude, unhelpful, and even started asking for my bank account information — which made no sense at all. I already paid. Why are you asking for more details instead of providing the service?
This is not just frustrating — it’s unacceptable.
If you’re thinking about subscribing through Peacock for Tennis Channel content, you might want to think twice.

Had to restart a live game 15 times. A playoff game!! Ridiculous!! All my other streaming services worked Fine! Too bad its the only place to get the game. F Peacock

They have release 1 decent tv show and cut it after 1 season to replace it with absolute crap whoever is makong decisions there needs to take a toaster bath

Got on the base plan have to upgrade to watch anything. The movies I have to upgrade the plan are years old also not new stuff doesn't make sense. Won't be back to this platform.
