I was told money back guaranteed if I didn’t have it in 12 hours the only reason I paid the $100 was because I needed it for court!!! I was evicted yesterday because I didn’t have it !!! So you can’t advertise 12 hours when clearly it’s not how it works ????? please tell me who I need to talk to you to address this. Thank you.

This is a great service that I would recommend to anyone that needs it. Had some questions and called the customer service line and they were able to help me with everything.

The turnaround time to receive the letter was great, however the pet screening service questioned the fact that my pet wasn't considered "common", due to a technical definition by HUD, and asked for the ESA letter to speak to that specifically. I was not able to reach anyone for support with this matter, after receiving the letter, and ended up losing my deposit and moving on to a different landlord, as a result.

I have been using PDS Center for years, they have always responded promptly and led me in the right direction. I am now working with them to renew my documents and have them fill out the additional forms required for the new property I'm moving to. Gail and I have emailed each other numerous times, and they are always very patient with me. Hopefully, they will get all the additional documents filled out for us so we can move forward in our process.
