Initially, this had to be a harsh review, since my very first order from them got lost (which, obviously, made me furious). However, the way they handled the issue fully won my heart - they not only immediately apologized for all the inconveniences but also reshipped my order without any extra charge or year-long investigation of the process. So, obviously, I can do nothing else but recommend tham to everyone.
