I just wanted to say, the service was absolutely brilliant. I first spoke to Andrew regarding my app as I couldn’t log in. Andrew was extremely patient and very helpful and after considerable amount of time trying to get the IT sorted he had to speak to another department. He said he would ring me back. Andrew did ring me back as promised. I was out and told him I would be back home within 40 minutes as I had to be on my laptop. Andrew advised me that he would be off shift but he would pass the information onto a colleague who would call me. I then got a phone call from Ashley and he sorted the app out for me. I can’t stress enough how much patience, kindness was shown towards me to get my app sorted out! I had to contact pay plus today due to a payment not going through and Ashley answered the phone and talked to me through it. He was so kind once again and said that that’s what we’re
here for. A truly exceptionally brilliant service. I hope Andrew and Ashley gets acknowledged as their people skills are phenomenal.

Useless - again!!
Useless!
I have tried making several purchases from Debenhams using this method of payment. None of the orders were accepted by Debenhams yet my account was debited with the amount of the order. First time they did ring me and apologise and said it was just a glitch … 3 times later and it is still happening. Useless to me is this keeps happening. I have to ask for the refund every time which is useless to me. I have a terminal cancer so I don’t need this stress. I use online shopping for nearly all my purchases and was hoping this would help me. Very upset by this.
Update - 04.02.25 - again tried to use this facility to buy a purchase at Debenhams. Exactly the same thing happened. Reached out to them privately as they have asked and no reply. Also emailed them asking them about a refund for the deducted amount for the null and void order and nothing sadly back.
16.03.25 - this company got back to me with a £10 gift code as my complaint had been upheld! I’ve tried to use the code but it won’t accept it on the website! I have emailed the company several times about not being able to use this code and NO REPLY! Please help as I want to love this facility! Any response by email please as I find it hard to talk on the phone due to my health.
15.10.25 - so after all this time, me literally begging them because of my terminal cancer, mental health and very vulnerable domestic issues - they won’t write the debt off. Yet 19 companies have without a bat of an eyelid. And I’ve owed them a lot more money than these! I am begging you please help me.
