The process was absolutely fine but at the end the order wasn't processed so no service or MOT booking made and I'm just left with a credit agreement where I'm paying for nothing. I haven't got the time to chase it up so will hope it remedies itself.

This gave the options of payment plans
To which was a very good deal for me as a pensioner to pay over time at no extra cost excellent service and easy to do .

ive used payment assist for awhile now…
ive used payment assist for awhile now and have always paid on time everytime never missed a single payment but yet I tried in June 2026 and was declined so waited the 3 months to apply again in September and yet again declined even though ive repaid every single account ive ever had with them so now they can stick there plans for credit where the sun dont shine

Fairly Straightforward
Was pretty simple to complete the online form and not too in-depth questions. The final signing wasnt overly clear how to do, but maybe it was me being a bit dim. Overall a quick, fairly easy process. Would recommend.

My car went in for service and mot
My car went in for service and mot only to fail as it needs a new sub frame and it not cheap and can only get from manufacturer. So the garage put me onto payment assist and with thought any issues of filling in application i got the loan and my car is now on the mend.

If you've got cost that's a bit much in one go but repairs needing then this is the best way to go.
Your payments are made more affordable over a few months payments which is great.
