Awful I have not been able to use the app my problem was sent to huger up over a week ago and still nothing o can’t access my pay and the hold time over the phone is always at least 10 15 sometime s 30 minutes to talk to someone worst place I have ever called

So it all started when this morning I contacted customer service and received zero help.I called and spoke with Waller Lee and he was amazing.He helped me within two minutes like it was easy.He did what I needed.It was my daughter's birthday and I just I want to say.I appreciate him so much for taking his time and doing what he did for me.He's awesome customer service.He's understandable and he's quick and fast.With service definitely need more customer service representatives like him. Thank you again, Waller, you just made a twelve-year-old little girl's birthday. God bless.

My customer service worker Derek Williams was amazing and I appreciate him for actually taking the time to get all the facts and understanding my situation and helping to get the process rushed as fast as he could but this service it’s self is terrible I hate it so much but I have to use it so thank you Derek Williams but the rest of the payactiv community is terrible sorry not sorry

Daniella was professional and courteous, clarifying my issue, researching my transactions since the beginning, and providing the reasons for my card account closure.
She provided that I would be required to request a new card due to the inactivity, that generated the account closure, and encouraged me to use the new access more frequently.
