I have had a great experience so far with Paws in Padstow. They let me know before they are about to send my repeat order out so that I have time to delay it if needed, which is easily done through my account. I have rang to change my address and they knew exactly what to do and what I should expect from the changes.

Natural Instinct raw dog food
Feeding your dog raw and taking it on holiday can be really difficult …ordered thro Paws in Padstow for a fortnight holiday in Cornwall and collected from their outlet in Trevisker Garden Centre. All very effortless.

Great customer service
They’ve been great. My first order was a collar which was too big. I returned the item and unfortunately the size I needed was out of stock but within a couple of days the money was refunded into my account. I registered to be alerted when the item was back in stock which they did, and after reordering the collar was delivered promptly and is perfect. Many thanks x
