I contacted Paw-Print to resolve my printer issue. I was so pleased to get prompt helpful and friendly service.
Left my details with their help desk and I was contacted by Peter shortly thereafter. He managed to resolve my issues promptly, and efficiently.
I will certainly contact them again in the future.

They called out to see us on the day we rang them. The guy that visited was very friendly, and sorted us out quickly. As a Community charity, funds are limited, so we were extremely grateful for his instant decision not to charge us. His gesture was very gratefully received

On noticing an issue with my printer, I was recommended to call Peter. The service he offered was truly fantastic, offering both advice and the willingness to come and sort the problem out in person immediately should the situation require it. Money or time were never the motivating factors - just being helpful and providing a brilliant level of service. Knew the product inside out and was able to solve the issue instantly. Would always use Peter in the future and would recommend for all.

Contacted Paw Print with an issue with a large format Ricoh printer. Peter was responsive and attended on time as arranged. He knew the machine and managed to sort the issue in a timely manor. Would definitely recommend Peter and will be calling him again should any further issues arise.

Have been using Paw Print for all of my printing and copying machine requirements (Supply of machines, servicing, ink and toners etc.) for years. Oki printer was not providing decent quality print outs so I contacted Peter at Paw Print. Peter asked for a scanned in print out to show the issue, he then diagnosed the problem and he recommended that I fit a part as the first repair. If this 'first try' repair didn't work he would then organise a visit on site to fully assess the problem. Amazingly he had diagnosed the issue 100%, the printer did need a replacement black drum and my printer is back to being as good as new.

Dealing with Peter has been great, quick diagnosis, polite and service at no charge because the first fix worked. This great service is even better when compared with a previous experience with another company who not only insisted on undertaking a 'full service' but also that I buy the parts from them at, what I have now discovered, was a significant mark up.
