This was a really easy process and I’d definitely order from Pattens Furniture again. Ordered and had the patio set delivered in about 1 week’s time. I was pleasantly surprised at this quick timeline! The delivery was easy and on time, and the guys carried the large heavy boxes over to the patio for us. 5/5

Really happy with the furniture! It’s really comfortable and looks great! Wasn’t too complicated to put together. Really impressed with delivery. They delivered it within about a week of ordering! We couldn’t be there to accept and communication was great to organise beforehand.

We met the Pattens team in Buxton at a craft and open day in the Pavilion Gardens. It was just the opportunity that we wanted, namely, to see and sit on the furniture and see it in sunlight. The quality of the product we purchased is excellent and the manner in which we were advised and informed by Pattens was exceptional. This made the process of making a decision to buy so much easier as we had confidence. This is needed when buying large ticket items. The delivery was as agreed and the furniture looks amazing in our garden. A highly recommended company that displays integrity and consideration of their clients wishes.

I was promised a four week delivery -they did it in 4 days! The chair was perfectly presented without any marks or blemishes and exactly as described. Not cheap but nice things cost money. It was delivered by the most friendly, helpful and good natured driver ( don't let Amazon nick him). First class all round..they're on my contacts list..

Pattens Furniture store were exceedingly helpful when I rang up to place an order with them - nothing was too much trouble, excellent service and good communication. Would highly recommend. Cannot comment on furniture as I am awaiting delivery. Will happily review fully when the item arrives.

We ordered a rattan corner sofa for the garden and from start to finish it was straightforward. We were kept informed of the order being processed and received delivery in less than 5 days. Product exactly as described and good quality. Very happy with Pattens.

Very stylish looking product and straight forward to put together. The service was also great with quick delivery.

Very good price for item bought on line. Not in stock when purchased but was happy with 8 week lead time. Chair delivered well within the 8 week period and couriers phoned 1 hour prior to arrival to enable someone to be in to accept item.
The whole transaction was hassle free and I would fully recommend Pattens to anybody looking for furniture.

Pisa and all together looks stunning. I would well recommend this items by the quality and price too. The table is even extended very stable and the chairs more than comfortable.

I received my garden furniture in a very large box. The delivery guys took it out of the box for me and took it bit by bit around my house to the garden. I would not of been able to do this on my own so really grateful to the delivery guys for helping me.

Ordered the piece of furniture on line at the weekend and was contacted by the company on Monday to deliver that week. Super service and the piece of furniture was exactly what I expected.
