I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER IT WAS MY FIREWALL BUT THE PROCESS APPEARED CLUNKY, AND THE UPLOAD OF OLD/AMENDED TRUST DEEDS WAS LIMITED IN WHAT IT COULD ACCEP, BUT I THINK THAT THE COURTEOUS HELP OF STAFF APPEARED TO OBVIATE THIS BOTTLENECK.
