Fantastic and quick service
Fantastic and quick service. The team were able to quickly provide me with a proof of the labels which allowed me to suggest a small change, the team took the suggestion and made the labels look even better than I had hoped. They were able to provide me labels with some unusual sets of numbering to meet my requirements. Labels were delivered very quickly and have allowed my fledgling business to look as professional as it is.

Offering electrical equipment testing (PAT) as part of my H&S consultancy, I placed my first order with patlabelsonline.co.uk ten years ago. Every order was fulfilled efficiently and arrived very quickly. Any issues have been dealt with in a traditional, business like way leaving me feeling like a valued customer. I use two types of labels, one for appliances and the other for leads and the high quality printing finishes my work to a standard that I can be proud of. I wholeheartedly recommend Dura-ID Solutions Ltd to any company that needs labels and I look forward to using them for the next ten years.

“Heavy duty” labels didn’t last the…
“Heavy duty” labels didn’t last the day. Printing rubbed off with finger. When I complained I was told to order some more clear labels to stick over the top. I don’t think these should have been called “heavy duty”.

We're sorry that you're not happy with the labels. Unfortunately, we can't physically stop the print from being scratched, scuffed, rubbed off. Especially if you're deliberately rubbing off the print with your finger or if they are being stuck to a Toolbox...
What we can offer, is a support product to customers who need them such as yourself. As already explained, you do require the Clear Gloss Overlay Labels to protect the print from abrasion, wear & tear, etc...
Not every customer needs the Clear Gloss Overlays which is why we sell them as an additional support product. Sticking them to tools should make it very obvious that this recommendation would apply to your application.
This is pointed out on the page you have ordered from and also recommended as a support product at the checkout, of which both occasions you have decided against.
The 'Heavy Duty' aspect of the product is in relation to the adhesive strength and tear resistance of the label. We have explained all of the above in reply to your email and offered a full refund, yet we are met with this review instead.
We can't force our customers to read our product pages before making a purchase, but we do expect them to make sure that what they are buying will suit their requirements before spending their money.
A simple call before purchase or actually reading the very clear product information would have avoided the issues you've had. It would have cost you an additional £5.95+vat to get the extra protection the Labels needed.
I'm not really sure what more we could do to resolve this and why a 2 star review was necessary? There is no fault in our product or service, just an oversight at the time you purchased.

I was desperate for my labels, I called PAT Labels, they managed to change some text on the graphics, honour the price that I paid 3x years ago, print off 5000 labels and get them delivered by the very next day ! 10/10 will definitely use again - Thank you
