I had three types of labels printed, all bespoke. Their service was fast and professional. The artwork was spot on and good attention to wording. We will certainly be using them again.

This was a job that I had been putting off for ages as it all seemed like a lot of heartache.
I found Dura-ID from a google search, completed their online design template and that was that. A lady called to say that she had noticed that we had ordered personalised labels, but the logo that I had downloaded had not come through, which was very good customer services. We sent her a logo and she added it fro us and then sent us a proof to approve. We signed them off and the labels arrived the next day.
I cant imagine why I had put it off for so long now and will 100% be using Dura-ID in the future.

Quality labels, decent price, selected basic delivery and still there 2 days later. I have used before for different company's I've worked for and will always use them. Thanks again.

Quality of print very poor. As a printing specialist I would expect a call to say they need a higher resolution graphic as the one I submitted was not good enough. Instead they just went ahead and printed anyway, when questioned they would not reprint without paying half. Shame there’s no Quality Assurance department.

We have always used PAT ONLINE for our failed and MW labels, and recently started using them for our PAT labels also. they are GREAT, they stick well, they are clear and you can tailor to your business. it's so easy to use their system if ordering online, and they are all so helpful and pleasant to talk to on the phone. they are all so knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
