I've had a disappointing experience with PNG. After raising a formal complaint about my instructor's conduct, my lessons were cancelled and my account deactivated without notice or explanation – not exactly the response you'd hope for after flagging a legitimate concern.

What's made this worse is trying to actually get it resolved. PNG's support team is only available 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. For anyone working a normal job, that's a four-hour window, five days a week, to sort out anything urgent – which just isn't good enough when you're trying to get a refund processed or your account reactivated.

I understand things can go wrong, but how a company handles a complaint says a lot, and being left unreachable for days at a time isn't a good look. Until PNG improves how it deals with conduct issues and makes its support genuinely accessible, I can't recommend them.

Grant was great, so patient and understanding. Couldn’t recommend him enough, he made the whole experience a lot less nerve wracking, couldn’t have passed without him 😊

My instructor, Grant Milner was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and most importantly - patient.

Would recommend!

I’ve been with pass and go for more than 6 months and it’s been great. My driving instructor was Grant Milner and I strongly recommend him. He was always really kind and understanding, and never made me feel bad when I’d make mistakes. He believed in me more than I believed in myself, which really helped as a nervous driver. If anyone is nervous about learning to drive and driving in general, I would say go with Grant as he really motivates you and is always positive.

The worst driving school I have come across in Wakefield. My son has had five lessons cancelled in the space of 2 months. Excuses from flat tyres to I have been bitten by insects on holiday and can't take the lesson lol you couldn't make it up. This was 18 minutes before the lesson started. It was obvious the instructor was only interested in pass statistics and wanted us to go away and quit. Please don't use them it's not worth it.

I passed today with Kashif from Middlesbrough first time with zero driver faults.

Kashif is a great mentor, instructor and he guided me through so it all. I am happy I passed with flying colours and had the best instructor to guide me through it all. I recommend him. Thank you Kashif and PassnGo.

Pass N Go was amazing. I passed first time and I was taught to drive by Kashif in Middlesbrough and he was so supportive and patient with me. He always made me laugh and helped with my driving test nerves. He was always on time and organised.

If you ever think of learning to drive an automatic car in the north east area, i strongly recommend my guy, Stephen Murphy.

He did an amazing job, teaching me to drive, the UK way. We managed to do it on 10 sessions, he is very systematic and will explain your faults so it wont happen again.

Happy customer
10/10

I'd like to thank Omar Al Salkhadi at Pass2go for getting me test ready, thanks to his patience and teaching i passed 1st time in November 2025. This has enabled me to have more options for work, i drive a van and on my 2nd car already and wouldn't be possible withoutOmar Al Salkhadi.

Massive appreciation

I was very nervous starting my lessons, and I come across Passngo, it is very easy to book lessons. My driving instructor Peter Wilkinson, arrived on the time on our first lesson and made me feel very comfortable and confident that I can pass my test in Darlington. I like his teaching style, he is very positive and I would recommend him to my friends.

My experience has been great my instructors teaching style works very well with me I’ve progressed a lot in the little time I’ve been with her she’s made it fun and improved all my driving fundamentals very quick I would definitely and happily recommend her and pasngo to anyone I no

Anton was a great instructor. Very patient and knowledgeable. Only area for improvement is for the pass n go admin team, would be helpful with the intensive programme to put students in contact with instructors earlier as I found it difficult to fit all my hours around working

A great way to learn to drive. Website is easy to use and the way you can track your progress is always helpful when trying to figure out where you need to improve! They also provide little videos too if you want to do some extended learning!

I'd like to give a special shout out to my instructor Kulbir Mann (Kip) for always being on time, extremely helpful and very patient with me during my lessons. I've been through 3 previous instructors who I didn't really gel with and Kip is by far the best one I've had! Very confident I'll be passing my test soon with his help.

I’m really happy with the training I’ve received from Richard at Pass N Go. He is a very patient, knowledgeable and professional trainer who takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I understand the reasoning behind each part of the training. Richard has been very supportive throughout my training and has helped me build my confidence, improve my teaching skills and understand how to manage different situations effectively. He gives honest and constructive feedback, which has really helped me improve. I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone looking for a great trainer. He genuinely wants his students to succeed and puts a lot of effort into helping them achieve their goals. Thank you, Richard, for all your support and guidance!

Booking process is simple and easy, my instructor Emma was incredibly friendly and really taught me very well. I felt fully supported and genuinely enjoyed my lessons. I really appreciated receiving an overview of the lesson afterwards as well. Have since recommended to friends and family.

BIG thank you to Farooq Ali, honestly the best driving instructor, very calm, patient and teaches the best methods to pass. His booking times are very flexible and it is easy to book on the website too. I PASSED first time today thanks to his teaching, motivation and kindness, would highly recommend him!!!! THANK YOU FAROOQ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ :)

Pass and go instructor simon Doyle is the very best got me to where I needed to be for my test to be confident but safe driver very freindly and made me relaxed and successful in getting me to standards I need to be at and hooray due to him teaching me the skills needed I have passed my test a really huge thankyou to him would highly recommend this instructor

I passed with Simon Tyler he was great , didn’t make anything confusing and helped me a lot

I switched to Pass N Go from a different driving school after a failed first attempt. I was paired with Ben Richardson for a Blyth test route and passed! Ben was an excellent instructor, very patient and reassuring, which was a massive benefit for an anxious driver such as myself. Ben’s delivery of lessons paired with Pass N Go’s resources helped build my confidence and skills. I really appreciated having complete control through the PNG website and booking lessons to fit my schedule rather than the other way round. I cannot thank the school and instructor enough!
