i received my purchased item with some of the gift items missing. i called to complain and was told would be sent the missing items the next day and nothing has been received by me since. I did not even get an apology when i called to complain about the missing items neither have i received the missing items.

Just bought three sexy items from Passion8, skimpy but stylish knickers, prostate massager and shower-time wrist restraints.
Three excellent items, all delivered very promptly with no fuss and with plain packaging so if you don't want anyone to know what delicious secret is contained within no one will!

I recently purchased items from Passion8 in which I found the delivery service was quick, well packaged and confidential and the items were of good quality and value.

VERY GOOD SERVICE

I bought a clitoral pump vibrator from Passion8. The product was completely useless, the pump didn't pump properly and the vibrating part didn't reach the clitoris so there was no point in it vibrating. I returned the product to customers services, who (were very polite and friendly but) would not offer a refund nor a credit note so that I could buy something else. When I received an email asking me to provide feedback on this site I replied asking if they wanted to put the situation right before I posted a poor review but did not get any response. So I'm now £13.99 down with no sex toy to show for it :o(

Further to this (3 months later) I have received a response telling me that a threat of an unwarranted poor review is not a reason to change their decision. Actually it wasn't a threat, it was an opportunity to put things right before I went ahead and wrote negative comments. And yes, the product had been used - how else would I have known that it didn't work. My review was truthful and written in a level and courteous manner so I am surprised at the unpleasant attitude I am receiving back.

Love Passion8 clothing and accesseries, it's great value, and very quick service. The quality is outstanding at reasonable prices.

I originally made my order on September 19th. After a mix-up with my billing address, the order was eventually ammended - by which point, the item wasn't in stock anymore. I had to wait til October 20th for the item to be back in stock, before finally receiving my item on the 22nd. Good job I didn't need it in a hurry!

ordered over a fortnight ago , emailed telling me your item has been despatched, i've recieved nothing after payment, and keep getting pestering emails asking me to give a review, here it is, stay away from them, i've given them one star only because i couldnt give them no stars , that would have been my prefered choice nil...

Good quality, very reasonably priced goods and fast delivery. Would definatey buy from this company again.

One of the items i ordered was discontinued, but the website hadn't been updated with the information. The company were only willing to give me a 10% discount and free delivery, so i bought the item some where else, for the same price as the discount offered and free delivery. The rest of my order was ok.

This is the first time I have used Passion8; I bought from them this time because I was looking for two very specific items that my usual supplier does not stock.
I found their website very easy to navigate and full of essential product information, and their prices are good.
On ordering (which was very straightforward), I received an email within minutes, and my goods shipped slightly earlier than expected AND were trackable via their courier. The goods arrived in the all important plain box and I was totally impressed with how simple and straightforward everything was. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to treating myself to something nice from them again soon.
