The products were delivered to me in timely manner & discretly.
I received my ordered item from Passion8 . They were received wihin the given time frame. The packaging was well done discreetly. So only I know what's in the package.
The products are genuine and great quality.
I would recommend you to buy any personal toy or products from Passion8 as they are passionate of what they do and sell.

PRODUCT ORDERED AND RETURNED. THE CLAM PACK SEAL WAS IN TACT (AGREED BY THE MANAGING DIRECTOR) BECAUSE THE PRODUCT WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE PLASTIC BAG(OUTER PACKAGING OF THE CLAM PACK CONTAINING PRODUCT) WE WERE TOLD NO CREDIT IS AVALIABLE.
QUESTION?? IF THE PRODUCT IS SEALED BY A MACHINE AND IS STILL IN TACT WHEN RETURNED AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOUCHED BY HUMAN HAND WHY TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH CONTEMPT.A NEW OUTER PLASTIC BAG MUST BE SIMPLE TO ADD FOR RESALE. IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PLASTIC BAG WAS PUT ON THE PRODUCT BY PASSION 8

The item was returned without the 'hygiene safety' clear celopane wrapper. We use this wrapper so customers can look at a product without touching it or even possibly using it. It is our guarantee of the highest levels of hygiene which we must maintain for all our customers. I am sorry you are disappointed with our service but as I stated on the telephone we have to maintain high levels of hygiene at all times, these are deeply personal products and the thought that a stranger may have touched something, let a long used it is too awful to contemplate. We want to our customers happy, but we do not send goods out to be handled or on approval. I am sorry you are disappointed with our decision.
