I ordered the bottle shelf that I thought was correct, it was delivered , but it was not the right one for my electriq 30/70 f/f. this was a few months ago, I have since sent the info I was asked for, but "Chris" is not returning my texts. As there is no phone number I can not contact them direct...I need the correct shelf

I place an order, for 2 x chrome cooker knobs on 19th June 2023, payment was made in full and they still have not been delivered to me? there is not contact number to call and their website states, back soon??

Recommended by Argos , i ordered some parts on Tuesday 30th may , paid £6 postage royal mail tracked 24 hr , still no parcel. i emailed them yesterday , no answer , emailed again today no answer. There is no phone number , i have called Argos to investigate this

We ordered a front plate for our bush…
We ordered a front plate for our bush oven and had this fitted by a plumber as some of the gas pipes connecting the hob need disconnecting.
After fitting the plate and reconnecting everything and replacing the knobs the plumber noticed that one of the holes had been drilled in the wrong place this left a ring unusable.
This took the plumber over an hour to fit,and he had another job booked so had to leave the plate fitted.
We contacted parts place who asked for photographs of the plate that we sent to them.
We got a reply saying this had never been seen before and stock had been checked to send a replacement but every one was faulty with the same issue.
Other brand plates are available I was told but my range is bush the same as my other appliances.
My other option given was to have the plate removed again by the plumber and pay him again for his time and send the faulty plate back for a refund.
We emailed back explaining the situation of having to pay a plumber to remove and fit plates twice through no fault of our own after being sold a faulty item.
We then emailed again to say we could make do with what we have been sent to save ourselves hassle and cost again as plumbers are not cheap.
But we have received no reply.
Surely some common courtesy to a customer sold a faulty item is deserved.
We paid £40 for the plate so with plumber costs twice this would leave us £80 out of pocket with the refund from parts place.
We feel unfairly treated by this company as they seem to think ignoring emails will solve the issue.
Also how does a company buy a whole batch of faulty cooker dial plates and fail to notice on delivery or warehouse staff fail to notice before despatch, do they not check stock before delivery for quality control
It doesn't seem so
I'm hoping to hear back from someone to sort this out.

Very disappointed the product ordered was not the one that arrived. I feel somewhat conned here especially as there is not a telephone number to contact. Suspicious or what? I will be returning the wrong item personally to your address and will be requiring reimbursement of my invoice total. Rod Handford.

I emailed using the online form 4 days ago and haven't received a reply. I have given them 4 stars because it might just be a tech problem and I wouldn't want to downgrade unfairly. Hopfuly someone will look into it and get back to me.

Emailed a week ago asking about a part and they could not be bothered to email back . I would not put any more stars as I don’t believe crediting ignorance . There should be a phone number as I could have asked and got an answer then but there isn’t even that .

This company is worthy of your trade
This company is worthy of your trade. Since I found them searching the internet looking for filters for my Bush tumble dryer I always place my order with them.The delivery is so quick and although I was short of 2 filters on my order it was rectified the same day and they arrived the next day. That's what I call Excellent customer service.
