Free collection and delivery exceptionally helpful, they rang to discuss the quote range for cleaning ahead of time so I understood what the cost would be before going ahead with the work. They sent clear and thorough photos of the completed rug and I'm delighted with the results - it had been through a home renovation and has been beautifully restored!

Most of my working life was spent in Asia and while there I purchased six Persian carpets. I recently took them to Pars Rug Gallery and received email assessments and valuations for all six of them. I was really impressed with the video assessments of my carpets which were detailed and extremely helpful and positively reflected the knowledge and expertise of the staff of Pars.

Pars has cleaned my rugs and carpets cleaned, also, I have purchased classical rugs.
I highly recommend Pars.

Did what I thought would be impossible.

Very impressed. They saved a wool rug from being binned. Like new.

Thank you.

Arash and his team have done a superb job cleaning and restoring our beautiful rugs. The results have been excellent, and we would absolutely recommend them without hesitation!

We have dealt with PRG twice now in our search for genuine quality vintage rugs. Our first runner rug was purchased back in February 2019 and duly delivered complete with underlay very promptly thereafter. Having recently moved to a period country house, we were looking for a suitable runner for our hallway. We spotted a promising looking runner on the PRG website and contacted them by telephone. Arash took our details, including the measurement range that would be suitable, and visited us the very next day with a selection of antique rugs. Ultimately, we settled on an Antique Persian Sarab runner which looks absolutely fantastic in our hallway. Well over 120 years old it looks like it could have been made yesterday, such is it's stunning condition. As a piece, it was a bit more expensive that the runner we had originally looked at however we are both very happy to have it in our new home. The house is new to us but the oldest part dates from 13th Century and the last major addition to the property was laid down in 1899, so it was kind of crying out for a vintage rug! At this stage we should add that, as part of the deal, Arash is arranging cleaning for our original rug and providing replacement underlay for it along with underlay for the new rug. In short, we are both very satisfied with the products and service from PRG.

Arash and his team of restorers have done an amazing job in restoring 100yr old rugs to pristine state.. tears, glue, dirt all removed expertly. It took a long time and Arash correctly told us so but the results have been excellent, and i would definitely recommend his team again.

I’m still perplexed because I sent x2 rugs to Pars Rug Gallery and the rugs that have been returned look better than when I bought them.
They have done a phenomenal job.
It took longer than expected as they said they needed a second clean but this was definitely worth the wait.
In the past I’d used the rug cleaners who come out with a machine but the difference in the results are opposite ends of the spectrum.
I’m rarely shocked by service but this was an amazing experience.

Staff are pleasant, knowlegeable and helpful. Pars Rug Gallery offer the specialist service and level of expertise we were looking for. We sent an Indian rug and some Chinese rugs for cleaning. The rugs had become quite stained over the years but, as they have condiderable sentimental value, we wanted them to be properly and professionally cleaned . We were very happy with the results. Detailed before and after cleaning photos were sent for our approval prior to despatch. Would recommend the company if you are looking for a specialist service.

Great communication and customer service from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations. Will use again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I received good estimates for my rugs and silver.

Our Herake rug, purchased in Turkey 30 years ago, was damaged by our German shepherd puppy. As it hadn’t been properly cleaned for 20 years, after a good deal of research, we choose Pars to clean and repair it and weren’t disappointed. We cannot identify the damaged area and the rug looks great. Arash kept us informed of progress through videos and video calls and the various options available were well explained. I would certainly use Pars again and recommend others to do so.

Fantastic quality workmanship restoring and cleaning a rug. It feels and smells great! Fixed so that it will last many more years.

Visited Pars Rug Gallery to explore ideas for my recently purchased house. Maryam was very patient to give great ideas and showcase different rugs that would be appropriate for our home. They have a very good collection of different rugs and carpets as well as are experts on all types of carpets - antique or modern. Thanks to the team I could purchase a beautiful Turkish carpet to adorn my new home. It's just perfect!

I recommend everyone to visit them and experience their service and catalogue.

My recent visit to Pars Rug Gallery was truly outstanding, and I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Maryam for her exceptional assistance. Maryam's expertise and dedication were invaluable as she helped me source two unique antique Persian Heriz carpets and a rare antique Turkish Ushak.

Maryam's deep knowledge of rugs and her keen eye for detail immediately stood out. She carefully understood my preferences and guided me through the selection process, providing extensive information about each rug's history, craftsmanship, and origin. Her patience and willingness to answer my questions ensured I made confident choices.

I highly recommend Pars Rug Gallery to anyone seeking unique, high-quality rugs and a personalized, informative shopping experience. Thank you, Maryam, and Pars Rug Gallery, for helping me find these exquisite additions to my collection.

We went to Pars rugs and flooring looking for laminate floors to be installed through the entire house. Mohsen and his brother were ever so helpful in this process. Once everything was decided. They sent Emanuel and his crew over for the installation and we are absolutely thrilled with their work, their patience (we had a lot of questions) and their motivation. The only break taken was lunch , after lunch and before lunch these guys didn't stop working. Their politeness and professionalism was straight up perfect. We'd highly recommend Pars and their team of great installers to anyone wanting new floors.

Pars rug gallery were exceptionally helpful when we approached them to clean an oriental wool rug that had great sentimental value to us.
There was a prompt response and approx. Quote to clean . We were sent a link on how to fold the rug for collection and off it went.
We were nervous as we had not used Pars before. However they swiftly gave us a quote to clean the rug that matched the estimate.
Once cleaned they sent us a video of their work and offered repairs on fringe etc.
We collected the rug from their warehouse and it’s clear their charming staff are knowledgeable and experienced with a wide range of antique rugs / carpets from middle to far east,

Happy to recommend. The deep clean has given our rug a new lease of life.

Very helpful from begging to the end of the process! Always keeping us updated on how the process was going! Sending us pictures of the cleaning of the rugs! Would recommend the company to anyone!

I would rate them zero stars if possible, I rang Pars for an estimate to clean my 3x3m modern white carpet. I was very clear on the phone it was 3x3m. They were very eager to get my carpet ASAP and quoted £150, telling me to fold the carpet, not roll it. I sent the carpet via the delivery truck they ordered. They then said the carpet was much larger than I had quoted (for a 3 metres squared carpet). The quote changed to nearly £500. I said it was too much and for them to return the carpet. At this point they said I hadn't folded the carpet correctly and they had incurred £200 costs for delivery. They refused to send the carpet back unless I paid them £200. In the end I had over a 4 hour round trip to get my carpet back from their depot. They did send an e-mail which I only read after sending the carpet that it was 3 square metres. Their communication skills over the phone are very poor. Read any e-mails carefully and don't believe anything they say on the phone to avoid this very bad experience, or maybe go somewhere else.......
