Just OK

The reviews of this fan helped us make the decision to buy it. Was disappointed however when the box was delivered with a powder substance on it, the nails keeping the box together were rusted as if it had been sitting in a warehouse a while and had sat in water.

Please inspect the fan itself – Even if the outer box appears damaged or aged, the fan is protected by internal foam and plastic. If the fan is in perfect condition, we hope you can still enjoy it. However, if there is any damage or if the fan shows signs of moisture or wear, we will immediately send you a brand new replacement fan at no cost.

Share photos with us – If possible, please send photos of the box condition (and the fan if any damage) to Support@parrotuncle.com. This helps us address the issue with our warehouse and shipping partners to prevent it from happening again.

Bad performance and can’t return it

I ordered the fan and it is not putting out the air as advertised. I tried to call to exchange it for a faster fan and the customer service was horrible. The fan also tilts when at high speed and they want me to send a video of this before I can return it. Beware, they do not take “used” fans back so if you hook it up and aren’t satisfied then you are stuck with the fan. In my case I bought two so I’m out of a lot of money.

NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO COMPRAR EN ESTA WEB

No recomiendo para nada comprar aquí, a mí me engañaron. Atención al cliente inexistente, si tienes algún problema no hay teléfonos de contacto en España, cuando he comprado en la web española; solo un chat dónde te atiende una máquina, cuando solicitas hablar con un agente humano, te pone en espera, pero no se conecta nadie y estás esperando hasta que te cansas. Si quieres ahorrarte disgustos y que jueguen con tu dinero, no compres en esta web, no tienes garantías, experiencia malísima.

Incorrect wiring with downrod

I ordered a fan and a 48 inch downrod to go with it and received both, however, when the electrician came to install it, he said the wires in the downrod don't connect to the wires on the fan. So I tried reaching out to support, but I can't get ahold of anyone at the company. The downrod should have just come with the correct wiring in the first place but not being able to reach anyone to correct the mistake is highly frustrating. I have sent emails, left a voicemail and used the AI chat which says the issue has been escalated, but nobody has reached out to me. At this point I can't return the fan as it's been opened so the only thing I can do is see if the electrician can connect the wires another way.

Low quality Chinese crap

First, this ceiling fan only lasted 3 years before the DC controller went bad. I have 3 other fans in my house older than 19 years with no issues, but they are AC fans.

Second, the DC controller I ordered is shipping from China which is horribly slow and I don't like supporting China. This is the last thing I buy from Parrot Uncle.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Perimost/Parrot Uncle customer service.

After placing an order (Order #3869), I noticed the same item was available at a lower price elsewhere and reached out to request a price adjustment or assistance with a return. Initially, they responded and asked for my details, but after that, communication completely stopped.

I followed up multiple times over several days and received no response at all. There was no resolution, no update, and no effort to address the issue.

It’s disappointing because the process started off normally, but once it came to actually helping the customer, they simply disappeared.

I would not recommend buying from them if you expect any kind of post-purchase support.
