Have an issue with my Parrot Anafi drone which is virtually new. I
flew it into a tree. My fault entirely. Contacted technical support thinking it would a relatively easy problem to solve. I needed to purchase spare parts, where can I get them? I was told to either check Amazon or call Drone Nerds. Amazon did not list spare parts, a call to Drone Nerds indicated that they did not stock Parrot parts.
Back to Parrot...I drive a BMW, I can buy BMW parts at any dealership. To me, it made sense that if Parrot was bringing a product, especially a product that FLIES and could conceivably crash into a tree, that they would also import spare parts. I was wrong. The "technicians" at customer "service" provided me with a youtube video showing how to replace the legs (hint...you need to FULLY disassemble the Anafi) and told me that there are NO replacement parts available but that they were bringing some in about a month. This was TWO months ago. So for the past 120 days, my Anafi has been a paperweight. I would attach a summary of the emails I’ve exchanged with Paul (one of their tech support guys) but I have already wasted too much time on this. I will return the Anafi for credit and buy my next drone from a REAL company that has a real customer service department and can support the products that they import into this country.
Once a long time ago, Parrot was a world-class company. In fact, they started the whole consumer drone category. I don't know what happened to Parrot, but it's a shame!
Brand new Parrot Bebop2 out of the box…
Brand new Parrot Bebop2 out of the box flies great but internal storage is corrupt and will not store any footage or pictures. What's the point in having a drone with no video or picture?
Also link wire (usb) and rotor blade key were missing. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. Also no customer support website is full or errors, no phone, no email, no postal address, no way to get a refund!. Feel completely ripped off.

Have an issue with my Parrot Anafi drone which is virtually new. It flies perfectly fine but it doesn’t detect the memory card that was supplied with the drone. It worked a couple of times and all of a sudden it started displaying an SD error message. Fine, these things happen! Tested the card with other devices and it was fine but the drone wouldn’t let me record any footage. Contacted technical support thinking it would a relatively easy problem to solve. This is a summary of the emails I’ve exchanged with Paul (one of their tech support guys). Please note that it usually takes 2-3 days for them to respond to each email. I swear the below is not a joke. This is how frustrating it is to deal with them.
Paul: thank you for your request, please provide serial number and a few basic details

Paul: Please provide proof of purchase

Paul: Please provide proof of purchase in pdf format
Me: Done
Paul: Please try to reset the drone (of course I had already tried that and I had mentioned it in my initial request)

Me: The one you supplied (I had already mentioned this in my initial support request).

Paul: Which memory card are you using? Has the drone been crashed?
Me: Again, both questions had already been answered in my initial support request but here are the answers (just to avoid any further delays)

Me: Seriously? I have already tried this several times, that didn’t fix the issue.

Me: why? I have already sent photos of the error why do you need a video showing exactly the same error?

Me: Eventually managed to re-format the file so I am waiting for their response.
It’s been nearly a month and all they’ve done is requesting details and asked me to reset the drone a couple of times. Seriously? after nearly a month you haven’t been able to suggest anything else? This SD card problem is a well-known issue and I know they are just doing this to deflect customers which is pathetic.
Paul is either an automated bot or the most incompetent person on planet earth. I’m expecting an email from him asking for my DNA profiling next time. Parrot, I really wanted to like the Anafi but after this I will sell it and go back to DJI. Disgusting customer service/company. Will keep you updated.
UPDATE: Parrot eventually accepted my claim and they have asked me to contact the retailer for the warranty replacement. Finally!

Service a la clientèle médiocre. J au besoin de 4 petites vis pour refixer les hélices et la compagnie de fait rien pour m aider. Je suis disposé à payer le shopping et les vis , Mias il me référent sans cesse en quincaillerie comme si des vis spéciales comme celles se trouvaient en quincaillerie au coin de la rue . Je ne peux plus utiliser mon drône .

Quite possibly the worst customer services ever..... I bought a Nissan and a Parrot drone came with it, great i thought.... Anyway I have just rang there Customer Service to register a warranty as we have a fault with the unit and I have been told "No Proof of Purchase " no warranty . i told them the unit came free with a car and they said "oh well never mind we still will not give you any warranty".

Très très mauvaise expérience avec Partir store. J'ai commandé un Parrot zik 3 et au bout de 3 mois il ne fonctionnait plus. Le sav est horrible, ils m'ont perdu mon produit et ils ne m'ont jamais remboursé.

Parrot Zyk, qualité déplorable
Bonjour je suis comme - beaucoup d'autre clients de Parrot - victime d'un défaut de qualité sur le revêtement de mon casque Parrot Zyk.
Le similicuir qui recouvre le casque se délite complètement et le SAV Parrot me demande de payer 150€ pour le remettre état, soit la moitier du prix que j'ai payé à l'époque.
Effectivement le produit n'est plus sous garantie, mais il s'agit d'un défaut de fabrication et Parrot ne le reconnaît pas.
Il suffit de lire les évaluations des autres consommateurs pour comprendre le peu d'importance que Parrot attache à l'expérience client.

I'm not sure why you can't give zero stars because this is the one company that deserves it. I've learned my lesson never to do business with a company that does not have a phone number associated on their website. Checking better business bureau they have no comments because Teeparrot would not respond to their request for business information. I ordered two coffee grinders from this corrupt company and they were delivered to a wrong address. what was delivered to that wrong address was listed as Wayne 2 lb and after ordering these two copy grinders from another company they weighed in at 15 lb. I have no idea what they delivered but I'm pretty sure it wasn't 2 coffee grinders. In attempting to resolve the situation they would not respond to my emails. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and have kept all the documentation to prove my case should it become necessary. anyone who does business with this company after reading my review should have their head examined.

Suite à l'achat d'un produit neuf de chez Parrot sur un Bebop 2 le skycontroller est défectueux j'ai contacté le service Parrot qui me demande de faire des reportages photos qui me demande 3 fois les mêmes informations sans aucun avancement et au bout de 3 mois de délai ils me disent de me rapprocher chez Darty là où je l'ai acheté les personnes ne parle pas très bien français et ils ont une gestion catastrophique de leur service après-vente je ne suis pas prêt à racheter un produit de cette marque

I truly regret that I bought the headset Parrot Zik 2.0.
About six months ago one of the ear pads was broken. I checked Parrots web site and saw that the ear pads would be available soon.
After having checked the web site during a couple of months I contacted customer service about when they thought it would be available.
First customer service told me that they did not know when it would be available. After having asked them once more, they told me that they would not be available any longer. The did not offer any help at all.
I contacted them again and complained and asked for a reimbursement. Then they asked me to "check the availability of the product with our resellers such as: La Fnac, Boulanger, Amazon or Darty." I googled a bit but did not find anything on their web sites. However, I did find out on my own that HeadPhoneMate sells the ear pads on eBay. I have now ordered them and am waiting for them to be delivered.
Parrot - Worst customer service on the planet!
My experience with the Parrot customer service was unreal - they would completely ignore what you write and respond with something off-topic and then repeat or ask questions that you answered in your initial email, and then repeat again. All taking 3 days at a time to reply. I wasted 3 weeks trying to get ANY form of logic from them and the problem was NOT resolved. It was either like talking to a child or to some experimental AI program that didn't know what its role was. Absolutely HIDEOUS customer service. Which is a shame because they make very good drones!

I'm in Canada and the customer service call center Parrot has hired is the worst. They are mis-informed liars who just want to get you off the line and set up with their weekly emails. They offer no support and will not ship parts.
I happen to work at best buy and one went on sale so i picked it up. Battery in drone lasted maybe 1 to 2 minutes on full charge. Not 20 to 30. Called parrot support and they told me to return to best buy and that they would replace the battery as well as verify it was not defective by testing it in store. Odd thing is bestbuy only services computers and tablets (sometimes) in-store and does not carry these replacement parts nor do they support the manufacturers warranty in order to do an exchange.
*Note: also noticed a fake 5 star review with false info and a ton of grammatical errors. No you cannot "write to parrot" in any form and get a response. It doesn't happen. I hear the complaints every week at work (we help them out of course if we can). Might want to look into that one.
Worst customer service ever met!!!
Very bad experience with a new ANAFI, losing signal with controller and falling down with 4 arms broken. Contacted the customers service that kept me in "standby" for weeks, with a number of automatic emails arriving each week, asking if the issue was solved, when I had not received any answer.
They do not have a customer service.
I will proceed involving a customer association. We'll see if dealing with a legal department will force this company to act as needed nowadays.

Parrot UK, complete waste of time talking to them..they are advertising product that they won't be selling. I can't believe they are not offering full support for drones that are still being sold.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Its odd how a company manufacturers and sells a decent product, but has absolutely no support whatsoever. Been waiting on a credit or exchange for 2 months. All their replies inform me that someone will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. The last one was 2 weeks ago. I still have no response. After waiting 6 weeks, I was told me case will be escalated. This is just something they tell people so they can be patient, in the meantime nothing is actually done to escalate this.
When purchasing parts like these, you aren't just paying for a product, but the support behind it. This company only offers half that. Great Product, non-existent customer service.
Perdita bepop 2
Dopo solo tre voli, ho perso il mio bepop 2 a causa dello scollegamento del segnale sul mio skyconyroller, in più non vedevo nemmeno l'immagine della telecamera e anche gps scollegato.
Nonostante fossi a meno di 20 metri d'altezza, ho perso di vista il drone e non l ho più ritrovato. Dopo vari giorni di ricerca, ho scritto al centro assistenza parrot, ma non ho ricevuto risposta nemmeno dopo diversi giorni, mentre assicuravano di risposta entro le 48 ore.
Allora ho chiamato direttamente, e ho parlato con il Sig. Alex che con molta cortesia mi ha spiegato cosa fare. In primis ho dovuto riempite un questionario per spiegare dettagliatamente l'accaduto, ppi fornire tutti i documenti come prova d'acquisto, numero seriale del drone ecc.
Dopo pochi giorni mi chiedono di spedire a spese loro tutto il rimanente come telecomando, caricabatterie, cavetti e scatola originale.
Oggi mi è arrivato un pacco nuovo e sigillato con un nuovo bepop 2 power, completo di skyconyroller, visore e addirittura due batterie, senza versare nemmeno un euro.
Voglio ringraziare tutto lo staf per la cortesia e l'attenzione verso i suio clienti.

Bonjour drone déposé le 2 janvier 2019 (un achat du 22 septembre 2018)nous sommes le 2 février 2019 et toujours pas de retour. Sans explication et pas de date... en cours de livraison depuis le 28/01/2019...dommage nous partons en vacances et sans le drone .
Pour la fiabilité du produit ZÉRO et le Sav ZÉRO si vous pouvez éviter l’achat d’un drone Parrot c’est un conseil
