The MAIN problem with Jet Park 3 at Manchester was the total lack of signage ,due to the new road I got lost at 4 am as I had lost my landmark ,namely the shell petrol station .However one of my passengers spotted a bus leaving the park so from then onwards all was well.Please please get some signs for the new dual carriageway .Other than that all was extremely well done from booking to leaving the park .

So easy to access and use excellent on price, would definitely recommend and use again given its close proximity toTerminal 4

Excellent - straightforward booking, easy to use website, highly competitive rates (we shopped around and BCP is almost always cheapest), and parking and then collecting our car later was also very quick and smooth.

booking into the hotel was less than ideal, as the hotel had a birthday party in one of its large rooms on the ground floor, so a lot more people around than normal. everyone needed a ticket to park their car in the hotel grounds, this included the party people, so a lot less spaces than usual.
although 3 desks open to book people into their hotel, the party goers were also made to wait in the same que. once booked in we were walked to our room because the card system had crashed so none of the cards to open your room door worked. we had an evening meal pre paid so entered the restaurant, food was hot and tasty, although some choice was limited due to the restaurant being 'taken over and trashed' the words of a member of staff, by a large number of school children, who were staying/ passing through the hotel. We then went back to the desk to be walked to our room to have the door opened to let us in. Noise was minimal once in our room, it was suggested we turned the lights off by the switches, not to remove the card that had been placed where the door card should go. we booked a taxi, in the lobby, via a touch screen, and it arrived on time the following morning. the car was fine when we came back the following weekend. we didn't try the pool, as we arrived later than planned. we will give this hotel another go next time we fly out of Gatwick, hopefully we just picked the wrong night to stay(BH weekend/ Saturday night)

Booked Jetparks3, arrived and there were no spaces at all. We ended up waiting for a bus and following a family who were leaving.
Very frustrating. Overbooked.

Excellent access to the airport, courtesy busses ran regularly, and takes you righ to the terminal. Would highly recommend - book early and get great prices!

have used this meet and greet at Manchester a number of times and will in fact be using it again in October.. we were booked in for 30/05 but had a tyre which completely stripped on the way to the airport. around midnight on a Thursday night, fortunately we'd left in sufficient time to get towed off the motorway and for our daughter to get out to us and get us to the airport in time. understandably our top priority wasn't to let the car parking company know we weren't coming. having gone through security etc. looked on my paperwork and couldn't find any contact details, going on line you could book but only contacts were after 9am with a 6am flight not a lot of good. we didn't expect any money back but to come home to a survey e mail "how did we do" is a bit INSENSITIVE

After collecting our car from Edinburgh airport 2/6/19 we were flagged down less than a mile away as the front plastic oil sump protector was loose. I immediately thought it may have been accidental damage but on closer inspection all the bolts had been removed. It could have only have been done whilst parked as I had driven 125 miles to get to Edinburgh and everything was in tact then. I have complained to maple manor meet and greet and awaiting further contact and to see if there’s cctv. Would not recommend

Very good service but found driver a bit abrupt and not very friendly. Arrived back at the car park Birmingham where I scanned my ticket and thought it said locker 5 but this was the countdown time for opening of the locker. Driver could have explained this was the case being a FIRST time customer but watched me try again before telling me I was reading the wrong number, also did not explain the whereabouts of my car was on the ticket attached to my keys.

On my recent trip abroad from Birmingham Airport we booked Carpark 1 in advance for its ease of access to the terminal.
There was absolutely no trouble getting in and out. The ANPR recognised the car faultlessly.
My only gripe would be that toilet facilities would be beneficial in the car park.

Very good service even dropped us off at our car right beside the office so did not have to walk to far to collect my keys would recommend this service to anyone well done

Car park easy to find, very close to airport. Car park busy, but husband found a space while I waited with the luggage which the bus driver very kindly loaded on to the bus for us. The return journey was equally as easy, I just phoned the number provided, went to the bus stand and it was there, again the driver was very helpful. There was no hanging about either going or returning. Very satisfied customer and will use this service again.
