Great service at the meet and greet Terminal 3 Manchester will definitely use again.

Turned up at jet park 3 at 5.30am to find it closed,found jet park 1 pressed buzzer and person told me it was closed and I should have had an email which we didn’t....I was upgraded to multi storey....didn’t need this stress with a heart condition.very very bad

Meet & Greet @ Terminal 1 in Manchester airport is always a pleasure, well staffed, always helpful and on this occasion, we had to come back early, no problem about timing and changing the day of the pick up, even did it the day before, no extra charge and all went swimmingly as usual

Easy to book and easy to find and straight in to departure gates and very easily to get out back to the car.

As always there to meet us and on our return there again no fuss car waiting we just drove out of car park and we were on our way home.

No problems in arrival, found a parking space and proceeded to the terminal. On our return from Egypt our flight was delayed by one and a quarter hours, so I was expecting a problem on exiting the car park, I had paid an insurance for late return. When I got to the barrier it failed to open, having checked the instructions for a late arrival I contacted the staff by using the intercom at the barrier and a very helpful lady member of staff dealt with the problem and we were on our way within a few minutes. Many thanks.

Highly recommend this service to both family and friends.

I had a problem entering the carpark it did not read my number plate so I got out and cleaned the number plate and it worked ,I found a space and the bus came soon after and all was ok on my return .
I have used jet parks for many years and found it to be good service.
I will be booking again next year.

Hotel with parking at Gatwick using the Courtyard at Marriott. Checked in a bit early but room was ready and comfortable. Food and drink a bit pricey, but staff extremely pleasant and accommodating. Easy walk to the terminal next morning, less than 10 minutes, but we do walk briskly! Pick up on return no problems. Have stayed here twice now and will again if we fly from Gatwick.

I parked at Imagine Car Park, Liverpool Airport. As always the parking was secure, friendly staff, but my flight was cancelled and therefore about 18 hours late. Even though I paid an extra premium for being late back, I was charged another £7.50 for being late. A bit annoyed about this, completely out of my control.

If not for this, I would have given five stars!

I have used this site for many years, it has gradually been improved, and is good value for parking at Gatwick. The bus was a bit full from the airport at 6 am but the driver fitted us all in and drove carefully back to base. Well done.#

No issues once again car ready and waiting on our return

Not impressed when the boom gate didn't recognise my car. Less impressed when staff couldn't find my booking based on licence plate. Even less impressed at pick-up when I had to go running about in the freezing cold and pouring rain to get my coupon validated at the office because the boom gate still didn't recognise my car.

Very secure to park here , car was valeted for me & the only criticism that I have was that it was parked so close to another vehicle by whoever had cleaned it that I could not get in it , it was also facing the wrong way as I was informed by the attendant who resolved the problem who was slender enough to get in my car . If not for this I would have given a 5 star rating .

Quick and easy to use - lots of staff available when needed to process customers

Excellent service , even though queues they move swiftly and staff so friendly , always use silver zone , not going to stop

Perfect. Turned up. Barrier opens, parked in a space. Came back found car as I left it barrier opened home I went. Perfect AGAIN as always
