Bristol Airport Meet and Greet Bewertungen 

This is the WORST meet and greet service I have ever used.
At drop off they took about 10 mins but at pick up they took over an hour.
When they arrived, the car was so muddy and dirty.
They had driven our car for 100 miles and used all our petrol. The car had rubbish left inside and all the seats were changed in position. The driver who dropped off the car was apologetic and told us to email and customer service will sort it out.
We also had to pay £20 in cash due to the delay in our flight, when I asked for a receipt they said to call customer service and they will email it.
To my shock despite numerous emails, I got no receipt of the £20 and no explanation about using my car for 100 miles. All I got as a reply despite my complain was an email saying as a goodwill gesture we will offer you 30% on your next booking. The bloody cheek of them. Do not use under any circumstances they are criminals. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked

Still waiting for car , over an hour after landing. Don't use this service if you want to get away quickly, very dissatisfied and annoyed!!

Drop off was fine. However 0n arrival i called them from the plane at 1.33pm and told car would be there in 25- 30 mins. 50 mins later still no car and rang them to say they are on their way 5- 10 mins. 20 mins later I called again! They are 5 mins away. A further 30 mins later my car arrived completely covered in dust, extra mileage on the clock and our mobile phone holder stolen.
We have no idea where our car was kept and when asking the drivers got different answers.

This is not a Meet and Greet service. We are contacting the police and airport security and we will never fly from Bristol again

Drop off ok but waited over an hour and a quarter for car to arrive at 1.00pm at night. Other people had waited 2 and 3 hours. Don’t use!

Drop off was ok but on arrival back to bristol airport we waited well over an hour to get car back in the cold at 1am !
Mileage was different , 60 miles had been added ! and my car was so dirty and so were everyone else’s returned that evening.
Literally filthy
Won’t be using again
You also have to spent a fiver each way to get out the car park so adding extra tenner on , you may as well have paid extra to leave at airport and still have petrol and a clean car at the end of your holiday

this company are a bunch of cowboy
left my car with them for 4 days.when i got my car back after waiting for nearly an hour.trash left in the car.my sat nav had been played with,took my 20 mins to reset it.the sun roof had been used and left open,its now broken.put 30+ miles on the clock.their phone line is very bad,could not understand the man.dont touch this bunch of cowboys.

This company is despicable!! I left my car with them with the back seats folded down, when it was returned the back seats were in the upright position, there was mud all over the back seats and in the foot wells. The child locks had been applied and a third of a tank of petrol used. When I emailed them to complain they didn’t even have the decency to reply. I booked through parking4you who gave me a refund. If you book through parking4you they will likely use this company.

Once again used it and they put 30 miles on clock and after being told 25-40 mins wait it finally arrived 1 hour and 30 mins from the call .. the flight was less… useless unprofessional service never again not

Tesla booked to park at Bristol airport through a Ryanair flight booking so imagined to be a recommended, reputable company.
Absolutely not - whilst waiting for the cars return we tracked progress through the app and the young punk was tracked on the airport road consistently doing over 100mph, 109MPH at his most F1 moment with Beyoncé blaring on Kiss FM.

We charged the car to 200miles for our return trip home so wouldn’t need to charge at 2am but the car was returned with 98miles charge and hadn’t been locked the entire time it was parked up…in some random field or lay-by or god knows where.

We’ve screen shots and the car sentry records the entire trip THANKFULLY - airport security asked us to report to Ryan air who have a legal obligation to discuss with aviation police and we will be talking with with Bristol airport and police tomorrow when less raged!

Airport security said there had been two accidents recently, one fatal and it’s not surprising with these joyriders in charge of any vehicles.

If you like your car in one piece and don’t want your car being involved in a fatal collision DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS

These are absolute cowboys. Left my car for 2 weeks in a bloody lay-by on the a38. I looked at the vehicle tracking and 3 hours before it was driven around Bristol city centre and stopped at a McDonald’s

Used 57miles and more than 3/4 of fuel tank. So they obviously took it out for a serious drag race. I have a BMW M135i. Also car was filthy inside.
Appalling. I wrote to them and complained but they assured they hadn’t driven it more than they needed to park it.
They stopped replying to my emails.
Worst experience ever. Will never use any meet and greet service again.

We have booked to collect our car at 1.30pm even though the booking doesn't mention am or pm and we also gave our flight number which it says what time the flight arrives. When we landed and rang the number to inform we landed they told us our booking was for 1.30am and not pm they told us it was their mistake but I would have to pay £20 cash to the driver, I said I didn't think it was fair for them to charge us when we made the correct booking and that if they want £20 I would pay by bank transfer or for the driver to bring cash machine and receipt and proof that we booked am and not pm, also asked why didn't they made us aware of this either when they saw the flight arrival time or when they realised we were not there, Mr Luca Cristo shouted like crazy at me on the phone demanding payment in CASH TO THE DRIVER or I wouldn't see my car, and then the driver did the same, the driver seemed like wanting to start a physical fight with me, airport security had to get involved and tell the driver to step away from me.
The security also had to demand the driver to give me my car key and to back off. When we got into the car we realised that someone used over 40 miles of our mileage the seats where in completely different positions of what we normally have, the radio was maximum volume and the dashboard had a completely different set of what we normally have. The fuel was obviously much lower too. The way we were treated and threatened has no justification and it's completely unacceptable. Please do not use them, they're scammers and they use your cars!

Horrific company! Just came home & have noticed a dent on the passenger door with red paint. They did not inform me when car dropped off. Also had 1/4 tank of diesel & came back empty. In the process of taking this further. I have also made a formal complaint to Bristol Airport about customers using this meet & greet company & have asked them to ask customers about there experience before these horrific reviews come back on the airport itself. These need to be shut down as soon as possible

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Especially If you have a nice car. When I collected It, there was white stuff sprayed all up the side where they have been ragging It. The car had just had a valet so now needs another one. Why the passenger seat settings had been changed I'll never know!!! I thought one person would take the car to park It up, Obviously not!!! They are that stupid, they left all the sports settings on which I made sure were turned off. The car was set up like It was ready for a blast around a race circuit. I will never use this service again. Supposed to be a professional company lol. My fault for not reading the reviews first. Not to worry, I won't let these Tramps near my motor again!!!!

Completely disorganised both at drop off and pick up. Had to wait far too long at both ends.
Have to pay £10 in short term parking fees in addition to their charges.
You are far better of using the silver zone car park as we did a month ago. Professional, quick and well organised

Over an hour to return the car despite claiming 25 mins on arrival. This at 1am and 6 degrees (and getting lower)

They claimed this was due to ‘another 6 cars needing moving at the same time’ but the drop point was empty…rubbish service - avoid!

Despite calling (as requested) when we were 30 minutes away from the airport we still waited over 20 minutes for them to collect the car.
On return the wait was over 40.
The car STANK! We appreciate that it is ecological as well as economical sense to ferry other drivers back to the parking site. Our coats and blanket that had been on the back seat had been dumped (not neatly placed) IN - not next to - the dog's bed in the boot. They stank of dog. The car stank of spicy BO so badly we couldn't close the windows for the entire 90 minute journey home and had to have it valeted the next day!
The parking was cheap and the staff were friendly.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Two hours to return car even though it was 2 miles away, our children were distraught. We were so late that we couldn’t pick our dogs up on way home and had to ask to extend their stay. I tracked it and they park your car in a lay-by. They couldn’t care less. We’re reporting them to trading standards.

SCAM company, avoid at all costs, quicker to get the train back to
Wales then use these criminals, you have been warned!

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
Didn’t return our car for two hours after we arrived. Blamed it on gridlock traffic when there was light traffic. Woman hung up on me several times. Ruined our journey home. Trying to get our money back but they are claiming it’s a one off and that they provide excellent services normally and couldn’t help grid lock traffic. Avoid avoid.
