Unhelpful and rude and live in a block with no lift they don’t like to hear about people complaints about the block they just don’t want to help nobody

Technician came to repair me boiler and was very professional and explained to me what the problem was and he sorted it out.

A very personable man. Kept me informed what he was doing . Showed me what to do in the event of reoccurrence . Paradigm have been an amazing association. Any issue I have has been dealt promptly.

As a disabled person with many health problems and daily struggles i cant praise and thank them enough this company are very friendly and helpful staff who listen and care they go the extra mile to help im so greatful thank you so much.

The form I rec’d did not allow me to answer as clearly as I would have liked but the good desire of Paradigm to answer satisfy their tenants was worthy.From the form I recd Iwas not able to click on a link to send in my answers but I consider that Paradigm are trying to help and that is good isn’t it?also I was emailed by Paradigm to say my comments on my emails were being passed on.That was terrific response and shows how open and will img they are to help

I gave one star as I could not give Zero . Paradigm has become useless there operators are getting worse and worse , you can not speak to a housing officer as operators do there best to avoid that , you can’t even get there e-mail again operator won’t give it . All the answers are we will get them to call you as if we do not have to work . The rubbish has not been cleared up for 3 to 4 weeks and place getting full of rattans , operator suggest for me to dispose of it somewhere else I would like to see high management getting involved and or CEO . The famous answer is we will call you as if we don’t have jobs

Paradigm failed me. They refused to recognised domestic abuse and sided with the abuser. They went on to refuse to help me and condemned me to homelessness due to their lack of empathy and blaming red tape for their inaction.
I lost everything.
Shame on Paradigm.

Moved into a brand new property had had major issues with mold its everywhere and now over my sofas bed and cloths every thing is destroyed suffer with mental health and this has really got me depressed

Paradigm seem to have a knack for employing excellent staff. My latest experience involved an electrical check at short notice, I was in chaos with various people in and out, furniture all over the place, not to mention a neurotic dog and senile cat! The electrician was lovely, he got on with his job, accepted chaos without complaint and even helped with and pointed out some things that Paradigm could help with. He removed a tree growing from a down pipe, checked water was flowing which resulted in a grateful upstairs neighbour too. Excellent customer service 😊 I might have the date of experience slightly wrong 😐

I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the ongoing neglect, dishonesty, and systemic failures of Paradigm Housing. Despite numerous promises and assurances, my family and my MX partners family have been repeatedly ignored, dismissed, and let down at every turn.
The most distressing incident occurred on June 10th, when a contractor responsible for blood left all over my property visited. The blood was not cleaned up, and the contractor left dangerous hazards, creating a traumatic environment for my young children—especially my seven-year-old daughter, who was deeply traumatised by witnessing the blood. To make matters worse, the contractor falsified their times, claiming they left at 5:15 pm when in fact they left around 3:15 pm—just so they could claim extra hours and money. This blatant fabrication and dishonesty are not only unprofessional but deeply unethical, especially given my vulnerable situation as a single mother caring for young children.
Since that day, I have been subjected to failed promises of callbacks, which never happen. I’ve been promised urgent contact, follow-ups, and resolution, but all I’ve received are vague emails and empty assurances. Paradigm’s repeated failure to respond or act on these promises is nothing short of neglect and deception.
Most urgently, my application for a mutual exchange is being ignored despite the critical and immediate safety concerns involved for my Mx partner. My mutual exchange partner is fleeing domestic violence and desperately needs to move for her safety and that of her children. Her circumstances are life-threatening, yet Paradigm continues to dismiss and delay her urgent request, ignoring the severe risk to her and her family’s safety. This blatant disregard for vulnerable women and children is utterly horrible.
Paradigm claims to be a charity, but their actions tell a different story. They fabricate and falsify documentation—such as the times they claim operatives leave properties—just to cover up negligence and possibly to gain more money. They care nothing about domestic violence victims like my MX partner, about helping vulnerable families like her, or about doing what’s right. Their priorities seem driven solely by profit and bureaucracy, with no regard for the people they are meant to serve.
I am deeply unhappy with the service I have received. Their treatment of young women, parents, and vulnerable families is disgraceful. They have shown no compassion, no professionalism, and no genuine concern for the safety and well-being of the people
In summary, Paradigm Housing is untrustworthy, negligent, and utterly indifferent to the needs of their tenants—especially women and families fleeing domestic violence. Their dishonesty, failure to act, and blatant neglect have caused trauma for myself and MX partner, additional risk, and suffering. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially families or individuals.
I am also distressed by the lack of meaningful communication from Paradigm, especially after previous maladministration incidents, which had previously led to formal complaints, apologies, and compensation.Moreover, I feel targeted, discriminated against, and retaliated against for making a formal complaint to the Housing Ombudsman. This perceived victimisation has further hindered my family's access to the support and resolution we desperately need.
Given the urgent circumstances and the clear evidence of ongoing concerns, I respectfully request that Paradigm Housing reconsider and accept the mutual exchange application promptly. I believe that a timely resolution is in the best interest of all parties involved, particularly considering the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. I trust that, upon careful review of the circumstances outlined, your organisation will recognise the urgency and respond accordingly, in line with your responsibilities to support and protect your tenants.

Absolutely appalling customer services. Completely unprofessional, haven’t kept me or my housing update with any changes or information we’ve asked for. Only responded to email when we’ve sent over 4/5 emails prompting for a response. No one wants to take responsibility so passed from pillow to post!

I used to be with a different housing, but was taken over Paradigm. My house had so many things that needed updating. I have had numerous visits from tradesman carrying out jobs. They have been so helpful, and completed the jobs really well to a good standard. Not a quick fix kind of job. They listened to my issues and did what they could to put it right. They also listened to me and my frustrations. It didnt always go to plan, but when it didnt, they put it right. There have been times where I was frustrated but compared to other associations, I feel like they are massive improvement. This year they insulated my loft, and cavity walls. They put all new sides in my kitchen. They repaired a path, cut down an intrusive tree. Did other small jobs that I had not reported because they know I am a lone lady and may struggle to do those things myself. They were polite, they cleaned up any mess. They have kind customer service staff who listen and help. I am impressed with Paradigm compared to my old housing association. They are pretty good all round.
