Panache have the most fabulous baby and children clothes . My last order was Mayoral outfits for my granddaughters and grandson, the quality is excellent and true to size .
The garments came beautifully wrapped and plenty of notifications from ordering to delivery.

I received a £50 gift voucher for Panache Kids when our daughter was born - in all the excitement of having a child, moving city, and buying our first house, we lost the gift voucher, only for it to turn up again last month.

We tried to place an order but the gift voucher wasn't accepted - having emailed customer service on 6th July, they promptly replied the next day to explain the voucher had expired but if I sent a photo of it they'd see what could be done. It's worth noting that the vouchers don't have an expiry date printed on them.

I replied with a photo on the same day and haven't heard from them again, despite sending a follow up email enquiry on 12th July, 18th July, 26th July, and 1st August. I also called on 21st July and the lovely person I spoke to said they'd pass my message on to someone in customer services, but no contact was made.

The stock looks great, the shop team were so helpful, but the customer service has really been lacking. I'm still hoping I can speak with someone as it's not unusual for a gift voucher's expiration date to be extended as a gesture of good will, considering the circumstances.

I'm sure they're a fabulous company but it does feel like I'm being purposefully ignored in the hope I go away.
