As a HUBBED collection point, our role is limited to holding parcels on behalf of third-party carriers, and we are unable to control the carrier's processes or decisions regarding a parcel.
We understand that these situations can be frustrating. Our team made every effort to identify your parcel and provide assistance based on the information available. However, we do not accept abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff under any circumstances. Absolutely thrilled!
I was the sender of a largish carton. It was simple to arrange online on Monday evening. I had the carton and packed it myself and it was picked up at lunchtime Tuesday. It was sent from Melbourne to Perth and arrived at my daughter's home at 11.15am Friday in perfect condition. A great service which I'll use again. Highly recommend!
I was probably more thrilled than usual because the previous week I organised another company to handle my consignment and every day it wasn't picked up and despite daily phone calls and their promises I ended up cancelling after a wasted week.

Reliable and Quick
I booked stuff in to get taken away to Singapore and Auckland, and it got taken away the same day. The service was timely. However, the customer service was pretty lacklustre. I was contacted by Pack & Send that the Singaporean Customs office required extra payment. No worries, I'll pay it. Then I was directed to contact the courier service they contracted directly. After 40 minutes on the phone, I was told that I had to contact the courier company's branch in Singapore to pay for everything. So after another half an hour overseas call, I squared it up.
So yeah. Everything was picked up and arrived safely. Online booking was easy to use. A bit frustrating that customer service is a one word email consisting of 'yeah you deal with it yourself'.

Thank you for your feedback & apologies that you had this experience. Unfortunately, with International shipments, the Duties & Taxes are only advised once the package has arrived at the destination. As this is a fee from customs, it is out of Pack & Send control.
