Late delivery and poor customer service
Ordered next day delivery and it never arrived the next day. Took 5 days for it to actually get here when standard delivery said 2 or 3 days. Sent an email to inquire about this and have heard nothing back. Will never purchase overpriced pieces of cardboard from this company again.

Paid for next day delivery and only got the parcel three days later. Horrible service, no explanation, boxes are not durable, not great at all. Would never use them again.

Excellent company who I would recommend for when moving house. I ordered boxes, bubble wrap and tape. All were of great quality and arrived on time. One of my boxes wasn’t delivered so I emailed them and they kindly sent me another one the next day.

Great Value.
Great value. Speedy delivery as promised. Quality boxes of varying sizes. I ordered one of the multi packs, worked out perfectly as needed. Would recommend and would purchase again.

Could be better.
Overall recieved my order without damage, the only issue I have is that I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it till 5 days later. Understandably I did order on a weekend Saturday and we did have a bank Holiday as well but surely a Sunday is acceptable for delivery.

The cardboard boxes are of excellent quality. They are sturdy and can hold a significant amount of weight without collapsing or tearing. I used them for moving and storing various items, including some heavy books and kitchenware, and they held up very well.

Boxes arrived the very next day- less than 24 hours from ordering. Plans changed so have not opened the package yet but expect these double-walled boxes to be perfect for moving and storing my precious books safely.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered boxes for moving, paid extra for "next day delivery" on a Thursday, which they then said was next business day delivery after receiving payment from me, so would not be until the next week. I therefore had to reschedule the delivery with UPS to a day that worked. When this day arrived the boxes did not, and UPS said the address needed updating, without giving an option to update it. I have checked the receipt and I gave Packing Solution the complete address.
I emailed the company over two weeks ago to ask for a refund but have had no reply.
