I purchased 200 padded mail bags and 100 small boxes on the 21st of January 2026. I thought my parcel would arrive later next week, say the 28th or something like that...no, it arrived on the 24th, it's like they shipped it via Express Post and I am in Adelaide. Everything came as expected, I really appreciate prices are competitive compared to other companies and website navigation is really good...I would change a few things but it's just my OCD kicking me. Thanks guys and definitely I will buy again from you!

They have a lot of packing options. I often pick up my order in silverwater. This time I had it delivered.

Glad I didnt trust the original reviews on this page.... Angry people are more likely to leave a bad review I guess.. Anyway, I ordered my second lot of boxes on the 16 Dec and it arrived 19 Dec - very happy with my purchase.. Thanks guys.

Sent out my package with missing items, so I called them, no response. Goes straight to a message bank. So I emailed them. No response. For weeks. Then when they did respond, they kept saying they would refund if I returned the item. HOW can I return a missing item? Worst customer service and it’s like they are counting on you to just give up, which is where I’m at. Taking your money and not supplying the goods (especially when clients tell you multiple times) and you don’t rectify it, is scam behaviour. Such a shame because this was the second time I ordered from them. Now they have lost a customer.

I received exactly what I ordered in quick time but there was an overseas transaction fee for my order on our credit card statement. Very deceptive as they appear to be an Australian Business by their name. The impression is given that the business is carried out in Australia but it is not.

All items were I incorrect, customer service has ghosted me for a week, the phone number doesn't work. Very deceptive and dishonest

I ordered little organza lolly bags from OzPack on 29 June 2022 and by 21 July 2022 had not received anything. I followed up with them multiple times and they asked me to verify my address which I did twice. I complained to PayPal today, and twenty minutes later I have a refund. Clearly OzPack have form. AVOID

It is a scam. They take money and then say they have no record, When clearly money has been taken from credit card. They dont answer phone calls.

Order marked as picked up. Haven’t moved in 3 weeks. They won’t answer their phone, it just says to email.
Won’t refund. Won’t resend.
I can’t believe I fell for the scam.

Ordered on 9 December 2021. Package was marked as collected 10 December. Here we are on 24 December and tracking hasn’t moved to the Sydney depot. Email their company they’re now closed for Christmas and have been for a week. Try and contact the delivery company and get a message saying their call centre has been ‘impacted by a typhoon’. So at this point I now have to go and buy the items again locally and then work out how to get my money back.
