I love the pool cue stick I ordered, shipping was fast and I was hoping it got here before xmas and it did, This is a xmas present for my dad. He's a die hard fan for the Raiders team and I hope he loves it. I usually order from a company in Australia and it takes longer. But good thing I did some research online and found this company. For anyone looking to purchase a cue stick I recommend Ozone Billiards. Thank you ozone billiards will be ordering more from you guys.

I just wish they were more transparent with the shipping details. I called multiple times and never got a hold of anyone. Granted, the office might have been closed but they should have left an outgoing message. Got delivered in time, however, so I suppose I can't complain.

After watching a recent Dr Dave video, I noticed that he was playing with a shaft extension on his cue. Intrigued, I researched and found that it is made by Balance Rite. I decided to purchase one to add 3.75" length to a Predator carom cue (SL#4; 29.0" long) fitted with a 3-CU Revo 11.8mm shaft (27.25" long). The combo is now 60" and weighs 20.0 oz. I am 6.0' tall @ 175 lbs, so the weight is fine due to its forward balance point. As others have noted, with all pieces fitted together, the cue wobbles a tiny bit when rolled on the table bed. Each individual element is perfectly straight, so that issue seems to have zero effect on the cue's overall performance. I am pleased with this combo and it is now my regular playing cue.

2nd order and I am Mostly happy. It appear that the case that came with the stick barely fits the stick in it. Hopefully it’s just the plastic package

I wish that I can leave the stars blank, that's the type of service that I received. I ordered a Billiards NFL Light fixture which was supposed to be delivered on a specific date. It was still sitting in the same queue from the time that it was ordered on the day that ot was supposed to be delivered. The customer service was the worst and I was told that my item was being sent by a different vendor. I don't know what's going on but I do know that this will be the first and only order that I'll place with them. Thanks for nothing!!!
