Reliable pick up and drop off service, top quality, environmentally conscious cleaning, and super friendly staff. I use them mainly for linens for my massage therapy business. The towels always turn out soft and fluffy, and the cleaning methods are hypoallergenic, which is a must for my clients.

Washing machine decided to break while a neighbour’s scaffolding was up meaning we could not have a delivery of such a large item. Oxwash provided a great solution- and we have used them again since clothes come back in perfect condition and without any artificial or chemical smells which I really appreciate!

Always a good experience with Oxwash! I send in super delicate silk dresses, crumpled and covered in espresso martini, and they always come back looking amazing.

As a first time user from another country, I was having a bit of trouble with the item descriptions. A call to Oxwash made all the difference as the staff really helped me find the right descriptions to order correctly. I was pleased to see the friendly delivery person on a bike.

This was the first time that I attempted to create an order via my mobile, it wasn't very successful. I suspect that this is in part, due to having an old iPhone 8. The screen size is small so not all of the information fitted, and I ended up crediting my wallet 3 times with small amounts.
However, I switched to my laptop and successfully completed my order, which has now been collected for washing, so much easier when you can see a full screen!
The final experience was getting into bed with my OxWashed bedding, I don't know what you guys do to it, but it is amazingly fresh, soft and silky. Thank you so much, a delight not to have to worry about washing, drying and ironing in all this rain. I will continue to do this, even when it isn't raining.

Stains were succesfully removed from a light grey jacket. The delivery was on the day noted. An all round excellent experience

I had a designer jacket that been incredibly difficult to get cleaned. Visited many big named cleaning companies that have all been useless and not helpful at all.

Messaged Oxwash regarding the issues I was having and they sent me a postal bag out straight away. Within a week I had my coat back looking like new. The price was fair too in my opinion.

Highly recommend and will be returning.

We’ve now been working with oxwash for the past 6 months and can’t fault them one bit. I would honestly say the shirts come back looking better than when we first bought them.
The attention to detail is second to none, with difficult stains being removed and finishing to the absolute top standard.
The staff are responsive and friendly, a real pleasure to work with.

Expensive and poor quality service, I actually couldn't say if my stuff had been cleaned for certain, looks like they just folded it and sent it back.

Bed sheet and duvet sets, came back half ironed twice. I reached out to customer service and it took 3 days to get a reply where the offer was to reprocess my items. Which I found to be pointless as I had already used 1 set of the sheets.

Overall negative experience in terms of promptness of customer svc and quality of the actual work done. The rider Andrej is the best part of the whole experience - super friendly and kind.

Had my favourite tie dry cleaned. Didn't check it when returned. Less than a month later went to wear it for a wedding, and saw it was seriously discloured and ruined.

Oxwash refused to accept any responsibility, and after arguing they first offered to refund the £3.50 paid, then made the overwhelming gesture of a £5 credit (instead of the refund).

Steer clear unless you want your clothes ruined and terrible customer service.

I was hoping that they could get the stain out of my mattress cover or at least would fade a bit. Other than that Im happy with the service.

Horrible service. Clothes came back extremely crinkled and dirty. Customer service was rude too.

As usual very happy with collection and delivery and when I checked the bags of laundry everything was pristine and perfect and to a very high standard. Delighted with this company as usual apart from a pillow problem.
Unfortunately 2 pillows were returned damp and I have had to report this to them and their response was swift and helpful. I have never had this problem with them before so hopefully this will now be rectified.
