First time user of the website but found it easy to use, lots of properties to choose from, plenty of photos of the rooms/garden/layout/etc so very informative. Booking was simple, we got a quick response, which meant we could make the rest of our plans to fit in with our booking. Would be happy to recommend and use again based on our first impressions.

Excellent website easy to find places you are looking for and very good description of villas and surroundings. Also good value for money with the ability to rent for a couple of days or two weeks. Would thoroughly recommend the site

I've reserved an apartment and the website will not allow me to view it so I can show my husband. We both spent 45 mins trying to access the property and are now thinking of cancelling as I am unable to show him to ensure he is happy with it.

USE AirBNB
We have used the Abritel site since 2012. Since the takeover from Expedia the costs for the tenant and the owners have gone north and the service has gone south.
We have several apartments with them, we paid 250€ for each property for advertisements that are free on AIRBNB. We opted for booking on line but not payment on line, we have wasted our money as we are put down at the bottom of the the since we do not want to pay the commission.
They claim to give guarantees to the holiday maker, however the guarantee is issued from a subsidiary that essentially has no assets and is therefore not worth anything.
Under the pay online system they hold you funds for several months and only give it to you several days after the client departs.
They ensure that prospective holidaymakers can not interact with the owner unless they have paid for the holiday, just how stupid and irrational is that.
It would appear that many owners are removing their business from them and are going in droves to AirBNB, which is marginally better as they do not charge for advertisements.
I do not want to give my property numbers as we would then be subject to further punishments.
