I rang Gary and asked his opinion as I'm new to crossbows. He was very honest and gave his VERY honest opinion regarding certain products and their quality and whether they're gimmicky. I made up my own mind and bought a supersonic rev. I had an issue with it and when this happens you see an outfits true colours service wise. Outdoor hobbies i discovered were second to none. Total replacement in the post from Germany in eight days. When i get more serious with crossbows, I'll be going back to Gary.

This shop knows their stuff. Plus I experienced great patience and excellent customer service. I bought something for my farm in France and despite all the problems of Brexit, the service I was provided was A+++ The item itself arrived as described and it is my pleasure to reassure future clients that you will be well looked after by this team, particularly Gary. Thanks for always getting back to me and putting my mind at rest with the customs issues (in the end there were no issues, just that customs were under-staffed)

Outdoorhobbies helped me sell my xbow in their second-hand listing page, it was an easy enough process to list and they allowed and were quick to make alterations to advertisement. Communication from them was great and I found them very helpful.

Purchased one of their crossbow kits. Got it at an excellent price compared to other outlets. Placed the order and received it just two days later and love it. I ordered an arrow rifle, which arrived in Hungary in 1 week. The Hungarian post office was slow, but shopping and administration were fast. Gary is trustworthy, kind, and answers all questions quickly and appropriately. I also recommend the store for international shipping!

Pre-ordered some things from the website, had plenty of good communication the whole way through even taking time to get back to me when I followed up. Was informed when stock came in, packages arrived exactly when they said they would and in perfect condition.

Communication has been brilliant, Gary goes out of his way to ensure his customer is happy and satisfied. Just a really excellent buying experience overall.
