bought arena tent, not sure if it would be ok, put it up really over the moon with it,do exactly what we want and a lot more beside, and paid a good price for it, carn't wait to take it camping with us.

No complaints. Item was easy to order and delivery was very quick.

I have now ordered several items from Outdoorgear4u. The items are excellent and delivery prompt. I would recommend them.

Ordered and paid in a simple process, and received a confirmation mail. A few days later the goods arrived as you'd expect.
No delays or worries for days/weeks wondering if it was going to arrive.
Yet to use the item purchased but it's just as I expected and will prove useful for the next camping trip (hopefully in sunny weather).

I ordered my tent 14 days ago see order no above and have received nothing as yet. I cannot believe that it takes this amount of time to deliver and I have now went and ordered a tent from one of your competitors and have now received it within 72 hrs. Therefore as you have gathered by now I am not happy and would like a complete refund ASAP please. You managed to take my money from my account on the very day I ordered it yet you can’t get the tent to me in a reasonable time given that your competitor can. If the tent ever turns up it will be sent right back via the same courier/postman at your expense. I hope you have the courtesy to contact me to explain the reasons why but I won’t hold my breath.

Item arrived exactly as described and quickly via a good courier company who gave an hour slot on the day of arrival. Although we had to return the item due to our own error in ordering we had a full hassle free refund straight away. Fantastic company and product and we would not hesitate to use again.

I ordered 2 sleeping bags and they came first thing the next morning as promised. Great product and value for money.

The most reasonable prices around - I got a decent tent, sleeping bag and liner for a mere 150 quid! I ordered late in the hope I would receive my items before a camping trip. Unfortunately they arrived the day after I left - but that was my own fault for not ordering sooner! The customer service was helpful however, and when I returned from my trip and opened the package it was evident they had made an effort to deliver the items as quick as poss. Gave 4 stars because maybe, just maybe, they could have got my items to me before my trip... Would use again though, and would recommend to a friend.

Great service, prompt delivery

very fast delivery, good prices.... i even messed up which address i wanted my items delivered to.. so emailed to get it changed... had a very prompt positive response and my package arrived at the revised address within the next 2 days.

The communication from Outdoor Gear was excellent,letting me know how my order progressed at every stage.

On the day of delivery I even got an email to let me know an hour window in which I'd receive my order.

I'm so glad that this company uses a good delivery provider (had bad experiences with some!) - Interlink arrived a few minutes into the hour provided allowing me to securely get my order.

ordered a vango venom 400 sleeping bag for my backpacking trip up to scotland, arrived the next day, really impressed with the service, would deffinatly use outdoorgear4u again! sleeping bag is great too, really lightweight and warm too! perfect for what i need

I'm breaking my golden rule of not responding to the constant wind of customer satisfaction surveys, as my experience with Outdoorgear4u was just so good. Their prices are amongst the most competitive I found online, but their communication from the moment of purchase to the most accurately predicted delivery time was excellent! It was good for my money and my time!

Ordered on Monday night, delivered Wednesday via standard delivery.
