We purchased a new tent and associated equipment for over £500. Whilst at the shop, we bouhgt a Campingaz Powerbox / fridge but were unawre how noisy these actually are due to their fan assisted system. I downloaded the return forms from the outdoorgear4u website and took the fridge and power lead back totally £87. As it stated a "no probs" guarantee on the website I didn't expect an issue. However, after mentioning the noise and how it wasn't really appropriate for camping I wanted my money back. It was immediately deemed that it was faulty by OG4u and therefore it has to be sent back to the manufacturer and only if deemed faulty would I get my money back. The managment wouldn't listen to the fact that it was not faulty and that I had bought it by mistake and was now seeking a fridge with no fan. All I have is a credit note for £87 which I have no intention of spending with OG4u.
I am going to persue the "no probs" statement with Trading Standards and take up legal advice to get my money back. I'll keep you posted.

Ordered a vango cargo bag. Rang up initially to find out if the 'free' delivery meant i would be waiting ages for it to come. Told it would be within a few days.....great. Shortly after ordering it I was contacted by phone and told the colour shown on the website was unavailable and was this a problem. It wasnt and after sending it out I had it the next day.....Overall then: great price, good communication and superb delivery. Will use again.

I ordered 2 folding chair's on a Monday lunch time and they arrived at 0920 the next day!!! Having carried out a lot of research on line I chose these and I was not disappointed - as I needed to know the thickness when folded I phoned and a member of staff went and measured them for me. A first class product with a first class service. I will always check this site first when looking fort outdoor products.

I needed a gazebo type shelter but it was out of stock at Outdoorgear4u. I was able to source it elsewhere and the staff at Outdoorgear4u were able to confirm that sidewalls (which they did have) were compatible with the model I had purchased. They arrived two days later.

Carpet is just what we needed and was cheaper than anywhere else especially with the free delivery. Courier was perfect, emailing me when to be in and double checking correct details upon handover. Perfect internet shopping experience.

I orders a product that was no longer available. The company offered me a simlar product at a reduced cost with next day delivery for free. What more can anybody ask for.

I ordered a rucksack and waterproof jacket from Outdoorgear4u to be delivered to Denmark. First thing on the morning after I placed my order I received a mail from them informing me that the jacket was out of stock, and offered an alternative or refund, which I took. The other items in my order were dispatched immediately and had arrived before the end of the week. Even amazon struggle to do that, so I am quite impressed. Items were exactly as expected and well wrapped.

Ordered a Vango inflateable matress which arrived next day. Spot on, cant say more than that. Shame the weather was really bad when out using it....!

Purchased the vango transalp 40 rucksack. Lowest price on the web. Super fast delivery. Great website! Great rucksack!

Received my Vango Icarus 400 carpet the next day after ordering it. We are very pleased and looking forward to going campng!

This awning was receive the carry bag had holes it it and lots of wear and abrasion marks. The plastic bottoms on the poles were cracked and worn this awning certainly is not new and appears to have had a lot of use by the previous owners, I will be returning it immediately.
