Absolutely rubbish, took ages for delivery by ‘reflex’ incorrect time window. If I had know the items were coming from China, I would have reconsidered. Stay away from this supplier.

DON'T USE THEM I ORDERED 1 PEN BUT KEPT BEING TOLD ONLINE ORDER UNSUCCESFUL TRY AGAIN ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY ALMOST £100. TESCO SECURITY STOPPED ACCEPTING ORDERS AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS THANKFULLY.

Spam and fraud.....absolute scum marketing unable to unsubscribe.

I cant unsubscribe getting emails from this company....who I have NEVER subscribed to or ordered from!! The unsubscribe button doesnt work. Driving me mad!!! Cant find how to contact this company. My advice ...AVOID!!!

Similar to previous reviews, I found their marketing confusing. Thought I had ordered one pen at £8.99 with free shipping to find I had ordered 6 pens at a total of over £53. Immediately I realised I contacted them but like others, I was told it was too late to cancel the order as it had been processed. They said I could return them upon receipt but I wouldn’t trust them to refund me and I would have to pay the postage to the States. Don’t touch them! False marketing. Still awaiting my six pens for one fungal nail. If they are so effective why would you want so many! Big scam!

Ordered 2 pens get 1 free for £23 but when asked to confirm order all of a sudden bills me for £101 .. total scam of a company and they don’t answer any emails

Terrible ordering.. completed order of 3 pens and they added 6 more .. to cost of over £70.. I tried to cancel immediately and got a message to say already been dispatched..I’ve tried to get an address for this company to return.. ignored for days, now they’ve offered a refund of 40 %.. NO.. what am I going to do with9 pens.. and so annoyed I want a full refund.. they even threatened a return to be sent to America.

Unbelievable, I put my order in for the 3 pens job lot, in bold green complete your order, so I pressed to complete, to my surprise trying to pay, I had to go through so many other offers, then I realised was had taken placed, multiple pens were added, which I don’t want, not clear in tiny light coloured typing, straight away, after the order, I wrote saying I didn’t want the extra 6 pens nor can I afford to pay this sum £77 for pens, so in plenty of time before the order was sent out, got an email back today saying how wonderful they are but won’t stop the order being sent out, I wrote back saying, the above and how prompt I was to sort it out, right after the order, the order was placed 26.1.26 and received email today 28.1.26, this is truly a con, we should have a right to change the order, especially when the purchase technique is stealing money!!! Will update the outcome..

AVOID this company. You are guided to their product with a low cost sample offer of ONE PEN at £8.99 but when the invoice arrives you find you have been billed for 6 at £54.Despite informing them of the incorrect information (SCAM) you are ignored and they continue to inform you that the goods have been despatched. At time of writing not sure if they will arrive, but if they do they will be returned. My bank has been informed

I had been buying their buttery popcorn oil for 30 years. The last bottle I bought had ZERO butter flavor. It smelled and tasted more like industrial linseed oil. Something majorly wrong with it. I tried to bring it to their attention through Facebook through their website and through direct email. That was three weeks ago and I have still not gotten a response. I think they don't care. From now on I will buy Kernel Seasons.
