Good got beck online after 10 days thanku very much
I been having problems with my internet for the past 2 to 3 weeks. I been ringing daily. None of who I spoke to were helpful they couldn’t fix the issue and kept saying the same thing everyday Until I spoke to a man called ‘AFFAN’ He was so Helpful, he sorted everything out.
If anyone got a problem honestly ask to speak to (Affan) , he’s your Man. 👍🏼👌🏼

I was speaking too an amazing man called. Affan. And he removed half of my debts give me a discounted 3 months to help me get started up again and has set me back up on a 24 month plan that is affordable and payable. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help. Hopefully this review will help him out for helping me out. Thank you again Affan for your help !!
Bad internet service ! Ive moved from sky to opus . Had to ring them to get it sorted keeps dripping signals all day

This won’t be a review on the installation but on the actual broadband itself. I’ve just renewed my contract on the 300mb package, always getting 350 though. Since opus have taken over all the problems seem to have disappeared although the staff are the same and very competent at that. If you asked me 6 months ago if I would renew it would be a no but now definitely recommend.

Had this service ( when it worked ) for just over 12 months, constantly updating at wrong times of the day! I spent 3 weeks with no connection yet the Bill was still withdrawn. When speaking with advisor, was asked to check wires and input, I live alone so no one touched, pulled or unplugged any connection, no use at all. Would never return. Now facing a cancellation fee, which they can whistle for. Payments for ZERO service. Stick to who and what you know.

Absolutely over the moon with my internet, very quick from enquiring to getting set up. And the connection is quicker than expected I have the 40mb package and it's running over 45mb. Scotty the engineer was great, very friendly and helpful and very polite and efficient

I recently changed my WiFi password and faced several issues afterward. None of my devices could reconnect properly, and to make things worse, the technical support team was unresponsive — no one picked up my calls despite multiple attempts.
Another major drawback is the lack of parental control options in the network settings. In a home with kids, it’s important to be able to block adult or unsafe content, but there are no tools provided for that. Very disappointed in the lack of basic features and support.
Hoping the company improves both its customer service and gives users more control over their home internet security.
