Beware, Scammers
Got a letter from Opos asking me to pay a £254+ which I supposedly own to Scottish Power. I have never had an account with Scottish Power. So how will I be owing them. Spoke to Scottish Power and they could not find me in their system. When a tried to speak to Opos, they refused to help because I wouldn’t give them too much personal details which they claim was for security purposes. I was uncomfortable providing too much personal details because already I suspect they are scammers.

Mark was prompt, proactively contacted the original company to clarify the charges, and kept me updated throughout. He followed up as promised and ensured everything was resolved efficiently.
