The developer continues to disregard refund of deposit and now delaying it even further stating another 6-9 months until company restructuring is done for payment. This is not the sign of a trust-worthy developer and one that someone should entrust that money with. I will continue to provide updates so that other investors are not screwed financially by this developer like I did.
