The 128mm 4KG
The 128mm 4KG, 5KG, and 6KG shot puts carried by On Track & Field, Inc. are developing a cult following among Masters Level shot putters. The reason is due to their scarcity. I participate as a shot putter at 15-20 Senior Olympic meets sponsored by the USATF, National Senior Games, State Games of America, and locally sponsored meets. At almost all of the meets I am the only athlete with the 128mm shot. Simple physics prove that more force can be generated when pushing against a larger surface area with the mass of the object constant. Bottom line, they give a verifiable increase in distances thrown.
