I ordered a small number of the product to test first to be posted to New Zealand. According to the Shop App a label was created by Aus Post on 6 August (2 weeks after ordering), but that is it. It is still showing as "pending" with the package still being prepared by the Sender. I have sent numerous requests for updates and all have been ignored. The product may be fine, but the company selling them are not and will happily take your money without providing the goods. Tempted to report as a scam to the Australian authorities

Bought 9 packs of clear nasal strips - 2 out of the 9 packs I bought were faulty in that the adhesive was too sticky, and would stay on my nose when the backing was peeled off in the morning. It would then take a few minutes of cleaning the adhesive off my face before work.

Due to this fault, I had to throw the rest of these two packets in the bin. I contacted On The Nose about this issue, and they never replied.

When you get a good pack, they work well, but I won't be buying these again.
