I was told that they had replaced the air conditioning. They didn't they lied, they said that they would send mats, they lied.

They are not answering my phone calls, not calling back and not replying to my texts and emails.
The car is still under warranty.
Very disappointing!
For your own peace of mind, I would not recommend them as it is very stressful when being completely ignored like this.

My daughter bought a car from only mini in Bristol. It was a Citroen DS3. Nice enough car, nice enough price as was advertised so no surprises. Dealt with Niall and was a smooth transaction. I did warn him that I never have any luck buying cars from garages but he assured me they like to keep their customers happy, and I must say he has more than lived up to his word. Daughter did not say a management light came on, but when I found out, I let Niall know and was expecting the usual response I've had before with dealers trying to worm their way out of it and this experience has been completely different. The problem was investigated the very next day and sorted but the light came back on a week later and was surprised they offered to take it to Citroen main dealer so it did not have to come back again. She did also have a different problem with the car and although unfortunate, cars of a certain age do go wrong. In my opinion, Niall and Josh have bent over backwards to get things right and to keep me informed of progress, lent my young daughter a courtesy car and are willing to go the extra mile to give me options on how to proceed with no financial costs. Sometimes you don't know how good a dealer is until things go wrong and I would recommend only mini to anyone and everyone. I am even thinking of changing my style of car to match what they sell. Please note I am writing this review 4 months after buying the car due to their above and beyond customer service.
This was our second visit to Only Minis in 4 years. We travelled from Birmingham to Bristol based on our previous experience. Matt was brilliant in 2022. We knew we’d met someone we could trust. On this occasion we met both Matt and Josh. The customer service didn’t disappoint! They went above and beyond - AGAIN! Thank you team.
Reading some of the previous reviews, I was quite shocked.
I purchased a mini from them on Sat 17th Jan 26.
From my personal experience, I really felt that this company was a fantastic find!
I had researched the whole of the country to find a fully loaded Mini Cooper S Exclusive with low mileage, and they had it at a competitive price!
I dealt with Josh, Tony & Niall, and all 3 were extremely professional, helpful, and sincere.

I bought a car from here in February 2025 I picked a nice clean car and took it for a test drive everything was fine. I went back done the paperwork and off I went only to get 5 mins down the road and breakdown. The problem was a coolant leak they took it back and fixed it. They paid for my journey home and I thought ok that's good I will still go ahead with having the car as the fault was not to serious. The problems then started the engine management came on so into the garage we go for repair. This was a continuous theme for the next 11 months each fault a different one. In march I asked for a refund as it was still under warranty I didn't get anywhere with that. I have lost count the amount of times it's been in the garage for a car that's only done 50,000miles the problems are endless it seems. It currently in a garage two days after it just came out to have a fault done. Overall I'am massively out of pocket and even when it does come out of the garage next time I will just wonder when it's going to breakdown again. Overall a horrendous experience the worst car I have ever had I have sent two more emails recently and go no response.
Rude and tricky business men do not buy from them.
One will tell you one thing and another something totally different as they try and up-sell everything to you as a service and unless you point out the faults they will sell you a car as is.
Matthew and Niall were friendly, courteous and professional. This was our first time buying a mini and Niall couldn't have been more helpful when we arrived. We went to buy a Countryman and came away with the Clubman after test driving both cars. There was no pressure at all to buy and we were able to take as long as we wanted with each car. They even let us try our dog cage to make sure it fitted.
Once the sale was decided, Matthew did all the paperwork, registered the vehicle to us with DVLA and did the Road Tax for us as well. He then took us to the car, explained about all the controls and added our phones to the car.
Matthew and Niall took time with us and made this a really easy, enjoyable experience.
We would 100 % recommend them to anyone looking to buy a mini.
