The table wasn't the biggest problem, the customer service was.
A simple issue became a month long nightmare because nobody was willing to listen, acknowledge the problem, or respect my time.
A faulty item can happen with any company. What truly matters is how a business responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
What should have been a straightforward issue turned into a month-long nightmare because of the way it was handled. The table I received could not be assembled because the screws supplied were simply not the correct screws for the predrilled holes. From day one, I provided photographs clearly showing the issue, yet instead of acknowledging the problem,
the customer service representative I dealt with was dismisive & repeatedly insisted there was nothing wrong.

What made this experience so frustrating wasn't just the incorrect screws; it was the complete lack of customer care. I spent weeks exchanging emails, sending photographs, and trying to resolve what should have been a simple issue, only to be met with denial rather than a genuine willingness to listen. Communication was poor, follow up was non existent, and I felt completely dismissed throughout.

After more than a month of unnecessary stress, I was finally able to get rid of the table. Ironically, the only person who actually listened was someone in the accounts department, who immediately acknowledged the issue I had been trying to explain from the very beginning. It should never take weeks of frustration, or reaching the right person by chance for a company to recognise such an obvious problem.

The contrast with Style My Home has been remarkable. They were polite, kind, professional, acknowledged any issue's immediately, and dealt with everything promptly. They genuinely value and respect their customers. Sadly, this company did the exact opposite.

Speedy delivery and great product. They also have a large selection of different materials and styles which made it easy finding the exact right thing that we needed.

Ordered a desk and credenza unit - lovely furniture and the installation service was excellent. Arrived on time, professional and friendly team. Customer service was great too when the order was being processed. Highly recommend.

Ordered some outdoor furniture & was initially impressed by how promptly my order was processed. However after 8 weeks of waiting with nothing to show for it, I have now asked to have my money refunded.

By their account, they had problems with their supplier and I was offered alternative products (that I chose not to go with), but that doesn't excuse the fact that on two occasions agreed delivery dates were missed with zero prior notification on their part.

They are ultimately in control of this aspect of their customer service even if they are let down by 3rd parties.

Used this company on two occasions for table tops. Very well made, delivery seamless, great customer service, great company. What's not to like - Brilliant

We ordered two Anders Large Bar Tables and Rosie Bar Stools for the lunch area in our training room. They look fantastic and have received countless compliments. We also received excellent service from Café Reality and Nathan Roberts. I would recommend this company.

Ordered a table top on the 10 February with a 15-20 working days delivery timescale. It's now been 33 working days or almost 7 full weeks and no sign of the item. I've been told the original was damaged and had to be reordered, I've been give three promised delivery dates, all missed. The very pleasant person in customer service is constantly being misinformed by people in their warehouse and elsewhere, and whose job seems to be mainly one of acting as an apologist. I've lost all trust in them and frankly don't believe anything I'm told. I've given up expecting it to ever arrive and will now seek to get my money back. Don't deal with them unless you have infinite patience.

Before you buy anything from this company, please make sure you read the 'small print' as, once delivered, you have NO flexibility offered by the MD/Sales Director or his staff. This is what I would call 'a hit and run' sales orientated company.

Terribly delayed delivery.
Ordered 2 tables on 11-Nov, no updates regarding on delivery ever since.
had to chase them TWICE to get a delivery date& time, and they still could not confirm yet.
And they do not do Saturday delivery, despite the fact, the delivery was already seriously overdue. That means even though they have the goods now, we have to wait till next week to have a confirmed delivery date & time !!!

We ordered a boardroom table for our office one Friday afternoon and was told to expect the delivery 3-5 working days later. To our surprise, it was delivered on the Monday and it has been used for 4 meetings already! We are very happy with the quality of it and would definitely use Office Reality again.

Really pleased with our new garden bar stools! The order went through fine. We knew delivery might take about two weeks but that was fine. We received an update email when the delivery date was confirmed. The stools were well packaged when they arrived, so no damage, and they are brilliant, great design, look good and comfortable.

It seems I am the only customer that is having problems??? I placed an order with a lead time of 20 working days and i'm currently at 40 working days!!!

Everything is perfect,the quality is amazing especially for the price .Delivery was great and very fast.
