Ordered this on Friday afternoon and received item on Saturday morning. Incredibly fast delivery and costume was as expected. Will definitely be using this company again!!! Highly recommend.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Advertised as shipping via DHL, so we bought the items. Only to be told after asking for the tracking number, that they chose a different non track-able service for international delivery.
We have had to buy from a different supplier, because we have absolutely no idea where the parcel is, other than "in Spain".
Have they said "sorry" ..... nope, just smugly informed they were saving me money .... yet they have cost us double and a lot of messing around taking time off work to go shopping for another outift.

Hi Mark,
In the past we have used DHL to process International orders however we had to charge customers £20.99 per order. We're always trying to find way to help customers save money wherever possible.
We've only really recently switched to Airmal by the Post Office - and as a result have been able to reduce the standard cost of International shipping to just £12 per order.
We're sorry the website shipping option wasnt re-named "Airmail" when you placed this order - however this small text mistake has now been corrected.
On request, we are able to use a number of different shipping companies with a wide range of services including 1-3 day fully tracking delivery (at an extra cost).

Had and outfit that didn't quite fit so sent back and money due anytime now... Have even re-ordered a different outfit due to the fact that they have said what they were going to do. You can't fault that.

Superfast Delivery!
I've used the online jokeshop twice now for costumes for my sons-there's huge choice and the prices are good too-I like that on both occasions delivery was next day! I would definately recommend and use them again!

Sadly on this rare occasion Royal Mail failed to deliver the parcel on time, They have a great next day delivery success rate with this service of over 99%. Royal Mail tried to deliver the parcel the following working day, no one was available at the address so they tried next door.
The customer asked us how she can be refunded for the goods, we first gave the option to refuse delivery however as she was not available this was not possible as the item was then taken next door. The next option was to send the item back for a full refund (including return postage costs) however the customer was not happy with this option.
We also offered an extended return time of 60 days to make it easier for her - again, she was not happy.
We're thankful to all the hundreds of happy customers who have reviewed our service using Trustpilot, and to our fantastic customer base who use us again time and time again for their fancy dress needs.
Speedy Delivery
Standard Delivery is First Class and it came Special Delivery I ordered on Monday late at night and it came Wednesday :D. Costume was the cheapest here than other online shops and delivery was a very cheap price :)

Efficient service but bad finish to the outfit.
The outfit I sent off for came very quickly but the only issue I had was that the dress was badly finished and had a hole in the side seam that I had to mend before I could wear it.
