I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 from OneMoreMobile and had a very good experience. The phone arrived quickly, at a very good price compared with other sites, and was in excellent working condition just as described. The battery life is strong, the folding screen works perfectly, and there were no hidden defects or issues. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the whole purchase felt smooth and reliable. Based on this experience, I would happily buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality phone at a fair rate.

The phone I bought was working perfectly, it was clean and the battery health was at best %.
I recommend this seller to every intending person willing to purchase fairly used iPhones.

Great device ONLY Until it stops working, As soon as an issue arises within your warranty period you’ll receive terrible IF ANY customer service.
Was asked to return phone for replacement received a locked, inaccessible phone, they told me to send it back so I did, recorded delivery.
They said they were fixing it 4 weeks later minimal replies and now avoiding me completely. This has taken 4 months the issue started 20th September and still not resolved - Now I’ve filed for a small claims court. They can’t keep getting away with this!
So currently I have no phone and they have my money too :). See them in court!

Would give zero. Contacted company with a warranty issue that I discovered late into the warranty period because my son had not til that point used that part of the phone. The number they provided to report warranty issues to I got no response at all. I contacted through Ebay and waited 2 days for them to ask the order number. I had included this in the 2 prior contact attempts so it seemed as an attempt to delay and waste time. On Ebay sellers must respond within 48hrs! It was just within that each time conveniently. I then waited another 2 days for them to reply once I'd provided the order number (now for the 3rd time). They asked me to send the phone back. This I did via their online postage generator which provided a royal mail 48hr postage. We all know royal mail timings are not guaranteed and often much longer but this was the sellers chosen provision so out of my hands. Again time wasted. Once they received the phone ( I was aware as it was tracked, so I checked) it then took yet another 2 days to make contact with me. This time it just said 'phone out of warranty ' , nothing further. I felt they purposely delayed the situation so the warranty deadline would then pass. Why would they even ask to send it back knowing this would happen and just tell me 'out of warranty'. When the phone arrived back to me in the post it had a post it on it where they'd written the issue on it, I'd imagine for the tech person. I can only conclude that if they got to this point they clearly thought they'd be able to offer a quick easy fix but once looked at it they couldn't. Then at this point decided as they had no intention of replacing or refunding and couldn't easily fix it that they'd fob me off with 'out of warranty'. Of course it was now as they'd wasted over a week on purpose. I purchased because a warranty was offered but they clearly don't honor them. A year should be a year.

Con artists. Bought Apple XS phone, they advertise one year warranty on Ebay but it broke down after 3 months, they sent replacement phone that is faulty. I have spent nearly £20 sending phones back to them via special delivery and now i have no phone and lost £150. They not responding to messages.

Ebay not helped so I have had to escalate complaint via platform outside Ebay. Don't feel supported by Ebay at all. Ebay only get your money back if fault within 30 days! We all know electronics can show faults 2 months after purchase. If Ebay sellers wont honour the one year warranty Ebay say they cant help!!!! So they appear to allow scammers like this to con buyers and sellers like this are laughing all the way to the bank! This is unacceptable.

Dont use this company. Please avoid - I learnt a big lesson.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are at best dishonest, and perhaps even fraudulent. I purchased a refurb iPhone XS from their Amazon store, all was well for a few months. Then, the screen had a solid white line down it. Their Amazon posting said a 1 year warranty, so, I contacted them and they asked me to return it. They then proceeded to send me pictures of another phone with a cracked and shattered screen, telling me this was down to us so a further fee was payable to repair the screen. What they didn't realise though was that they also attached another picture which showed my actual phone with the screen fault I described. Tried to challenge it via Amazon, they were useless, so, in the end I paid the fee. It took them another 2 months, yes 2 months, to send me the phone back.

Please avoid - I learnt a big lesson. Don't buy refurb phones and if you do, avoid these OneMoreMobile con artists.

Seller doesn’t honour the one year guarantee on phones. EBay can’t sort it as it is after the 30 day period. They don’t reply to messages. BE WARNED. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

He’s a scammer basically. Sells phone that are described as being in excellent condition with 95% battery, but then sends you something covered in scratches, with battery needing instant replacement, no Face ID working and an inferior model. Then he refuses to refund, and plays childish delaying tactics and lies that he has dispatched a replacement phone, and then says a month later he’s dispatched it that day, and then three weeks later that he dispatched that day…of course nothing turns up. His Amazon Marketplace reviews are so bad that they chucked him off, and you have to do really badly to be thrown off there. His eBay and Facebook reviews are also terrible. His company accounts are in deficit at Companies House and he’s been investigated for scamming before. Meanwhile his Facebook personal profile has him posing abroad on expensive holidays with his kids - yeah on the money he’s scammed from all his customers. Do not touch this piece of cr4p with a ten foot barge pole. Nasty dishonest moral-free scammer. Hope he ends up in prison where he deserves.

after 35 days it started giving problem. They asked me to return it. They advertise that you get a year’s guarantee
To date I have returned the phone 7 TIMES. The last time was 2nd September 2024 because of battery problem.
They kept my phone for 33 days. All they done was to give it a full reset, which did't fix the problem. Removed ALL my apps without my promission.
Do not touch this company there guarantee means nothing.

Purchased iPhone X from this company through EBay . They had to replace the battery after only 2 weeks, the supposedly new battery failed after 3 months by expanding and damaging the phone. Although they advertise that you get a year’s guarantee, we have messaged them twice about the faulty with no response. Do not touch this company there guarantee means nothing.

Bought an 'Excellent' graded phone from them from eBay. The battery life was poor, and the phone intermittently would lose connection to the network and wifi. After three months, it would not connect to the network at all. I contacted them to return it as it was faulty and they promised me a refund - as soon as I sent the phone back they refused to refund me. Poor quality goods and dishonest - don't buy from them.

I purchased an iPhone from Amazon for my son, which came with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, after a couple of months, the phone encountered a software glitch and ceased to function. I sent it back to the seller for repair or refund, but to my disappointment, they simply cleaned it and returned it to me without addressing the issue. It's frustrating, that when everything goes smoothly with your purchase, there are no problems, but the moment something goes wrong, you feel completely stuck. My advice? Steer clear of this seller at all costs.

Brought my iPhone 8 last year, got iPhone 11 this month (Dec) both in excellent condition, very good delivery, well pleased thanks

Got a iPhone 8 for my son so he could play games and take pictures while on holiday
Got phone late from delivery original dates given, the camera on shakes when taking pictures and on 4 of the holiday the phone decided to completely switch off and won’t come back on
An email to confirm a replacement or repair has been submitted but a week on and still haven’t received a response

From purchase to receiving the new phone was 5 star all the way, my only gripe was when I sent a message to enquire about the current status I did not get a timely response , apart from that it’s been first class

Still no phone and no contact from One More Mobile 3 months later. They have stolen £249 from me.
It looks legitimate online but THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!
