Finally got my money back after asking several times and lodging a cash back with my bank
Not even worth one star.
The product that arrived was both the wrong colour and was meant to be the "ultimate" type.
Wrong colour and "bog standard" type.
Not at all happy and upon looking at the website again, the correct product was now "out of stock"!!!
Could that be the reason the wrong item was received?
Company had none to send and just sent whatever they had in the hope that I would not notice!!!!

Ordered as it’s a local company 2xjars of coffee ordered it 24/03/26 received email saying it had been delivered 26/03/26 ??? Not at my address it hadn’t so rang them on Friday 27th explained what had happened and lovely lad said there had been a leak and the coffee was ruined ? Apologised and issued a refund still don’t understand why I received an email saying it had been delivered?? But never again

Company allowed me to pay for next day delivery but when it didn’t arrive I contacted them and they said it wasn’t available on that item. So be careful at the checkout. I had to go out and purchase from another shop but they did respond to my complaint and issued a refund.
False adverstisment on Temu. All their pictures for one item literally shows x2 and they are trying to crafty and clever about it. I was surprised when I received one item and they denied my full refund. How disgusting, do not buy for them whatsoever.

I purchased what I believed was 14 boxes of 8 selection boxes. 14 individual boxes have arrived. I called to query this and was told this is correct. So in the shops the boxes are £1.25 each but they think it's acceptable to charge £6.29 each.
We have a school event next week where 150 children are due to receive a selection box each and we now can't do this as they won't refund our money until they receive their boxes back. I paid extra for an elite 1 day delivery service on 1st December and they didn't arrive until the 8th. I have had no explanation for this delay or a refund for this service and now they won't provide a label so we can return these boxes.
I have requested a copy of their complaints procedure but that hasn't been sent yet and am still waiting for a manager to call me back.
Outrageous customer service and simply not acceptable.
As they won't process the refund in time we are likely not to be able to purchase the selection boxes for our event now. Really disappointing for the kids.
Had to contact OneClick regarding a faulty product.
Cut a long story short - they really couldn't be bothered to help, and told me to contact the manufacturer, (although they didn't give me the manufacturer's details)
At least I know that OneClick will NEVER let me down again - because I'll NEVER buy from them again.

here the pictures you requested, i buy the water for me and my nan so I've just had to drive 17 miles there and 17miles back to get a picture of a crates of water and take 24 bottles out of my fridge as well. I'm very unhappy with your customer service and i paid an extra £4 the speedy delivery.

But I put still paid £4 for elite shipping next day but I've had to run around to get you proof and I'm still not going to receive half of my order for another 4 days from date of purchase is that not false advertisement on your part. I will leave the appropriate review on Google, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram I will include the email sent backwards and forwards to us and what your company had me do to get proof I will remove names and emails addresses and I would definitely not be ordering from you again

further to the below regarding only receiving one case in the delivered parcel i can see on the DPD received images it has been resealed with DPD tape this means that one case has been lost in transit we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched or a partial refund for the missing case

Awful company. Unwilling to help and even unwilling to send a order to the timeframe. I ordered a few items and ordered next day delivery. Made the order in the Friday and it’s now Tuesday and still not received my order. When I ask for a refund for delivery they ignore me but only reply to a further email which I stated the customer service was “s**t” with “Please don’t use profanity” this company is not professional.
