I have been dealing with Izzy regarding my contract of pay. After learning my agency were not providing me with professional manor. I contacted Izzy.
I must say that I have never been dealt with so fast, efficient and professional before regarding this situation I had. IZZY IS AN OUTSTANDING WORKER SND I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HER HELP AND OUTCOME!!!!
Great company
Great company, I’ve never had any issues with the payments which were always made on time. Amazing customer support, always there to help. Thank you, Omnia
They have one job, yet fail miserably.
I'm guessing they bought out my previous Umbrella as I was given a weeks warning that I would be transferred to Omnia with no other info. Suddenly my payments became sporadic, more tax was charged and some weeks I received nothing at all. The worst part is, any attempt to contact them to find out whats going on, phone or email or online form... gets no response. These people are your 'employers' in charge of your money, yet make it impossible to be contacted. After 6 weeks with Omnia I had no choice but to find a new umbrella.
Incompetent, incorrect and untimely
Since Churchill Knight partnered with Omnia for their payroll purposes, I haven't received a SINGLE correct payslip or payment. First I went weeks without being paid, then when they did they lumped reimbursement of expenses into wages so it was taxed by both PAYE and NI, things I wouldn't even expect a basic apprentice in payroll to do, and now weeks later I am STILL awaiting literally any word from them after requesting 3 times for this to be escalated.
Not a single word from a human being. I will be advising all I know to avoid them lest they face a similiar situation where you have to do the payroll corrections for them because they are capable.
Disgrace!
Was with Churchill Knight, where I was very happy with the service. Received VERY late notice that Omnia had bought CK and expected no impact to myself. Instead, it's been an absolute shambles. Omnia failed to take off my pension contributions, which will now result in me paying significantly more tax. Despite numerous calls and emails, no one got back to me (the voicemail promises a response within an hour). After 2 weeks, and still no assistance, I had no option but to move to an alternative umbrella supplier. I understand Omnia is under huge strain but the way everything has been handled is appalling!
Missed payroll due to internal failure…
Missed payroll due to internal failure to allocate funds on time. Everything was in place, yet payment was delayed because of poor internal handling. This happend multiple times.
Communication is equally poor. Emails are ignored and responses only come after repeated chasing. This should not be the experience for workers relying on timely payment.
Not reliable for payroll.
Absolute incompetence
Absolute incompetence. I cannot emphasise how bad they are. No information provided when I transferred from Churchill Knight, significantly overpaid for work that I haven't even done yet and no ability to pay into a pension. Emails not answered and emails from my agency ignored.
Avoid.
Absolute shambles of a company
If there was a zero star available then I would give it. What an absolute shambles of a company. I got transferred to Omnia when my previous umbrella company closed down. In the 6 weeks I have been with them, I have not been paid on time twice, my tax code change took them 3 weeks to update my account, my pension contributions are being taken from my salary but as yet, none have been paid over to my pension fund. When you try and ring them, even if it's 9am just as they open, you get an automated message saying they are busy on other calls and will call you back within an hour. They don't. They have the cheek to charge a weekly fee for this disgraceful service, thankfully there are plenty of other umbrella payroll companies around and I will be changing to one of them this week.
Delayed payment and very poor onboarding process
I registered with Omnia Payroll as self-employed, however the onboarding process was handled very poorly. The company did not ask the required questions regarding my self-employed status and compliance, which caused a delay in my payment and I did not receive my wages on time on Friday. When I contacted them, I was told that someone had completed the process on my behalf and that it would be enough to send a WhatsApp message with my name confirming that I agree to the contract with the company, which is clearly not a professional or proper procedure. Shortly before I should have received my payment I also started another job and again Omnia Payroll failed to ask the correct self-employment questions, which means the same situation could have happened again and I might not have been paid on time once more. Their processes seem very disorganised and chaotic. I asked for a goodwill gesture and requested that the margin fee be waived because the delay was caused by their mistake, but this was refused. It is also extremely difficult to reach them by phone and even when selecting the option for a callback within 24 hours they do not return the call. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this company as the lack of proper procedures, communication and organisation creates unnecessary problems for workers who rely on being paid on time.
Lasted 1 month with Omnia Outsourcing
Lasted 1 month with Omnia Outsourcing. Following a forced move to them, they provided NO COMMUNICATION, no method of inputting an invoice, signed me up to and deducted money from my pay without my approval into a pension. Pay was delayed and when they bothered to respond to email it was shocking responses.
No pay received for proven Week 46 work
Also transferred at next to no notice from Churchill Knight. I've received no pay or payslip for Week 46. Three weeks later and despite repeated emails and phone calls, nothing has been done. I requested call backs and it never happens. Phone line is not answered. Emails are seemingly ignored. My agency provided evidence that Omnia have been paid for my services and Omnia have done nothing to rectify the situation to date.
communication and support seem to be non-existent.
Awful company. I’ve tried contacting nearly 6 times since the transfer from Churchill Knight as my pay has decreased significantly, even though I was assured there would be “no economic implication resulting from the transfer.” Zero response. My agency has reached out twice and still nothing. The number on their website and provided through their emails doesn’t even work.
At this point it’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. When your pay changes without explanation and there’s no way to get in touch with anyone, it leaves you feeling completely ignored. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
This company needs to be investigated

The transition from Churchill Knight was so rapid that there was no opportunity to decide.
None of the payments was made on time. In fact, I had to ask the agency that recruited me to intervene. The calls I made were cut off after several attempts, and there was no way to leave a voicemail.
Two weeks (70 hours) were paid in the same week, which resulted in higher tax deductions. On the phone, I was told not to worry about it, as I would get it back at the end of the tax year. An accountant should know that 70 working hours per week will lead to more tax. I worked normally, with no changest all.
No payment deadlines were met; they entirely disregarded the contract. Unspeakable abuse. Avoid.
Similar story to other former Churchill…
Similar story to other former Churchill Knight contractors: was given around a week's notice that we were being transferred to Omnia and since then had nothing but mistakes. Incorrect payment made; subsequent payments missed; almost impossible to get through on the phone; emails and voicemails not responded to. On one of the two occasions I managed to speak to someone they said they were getting around 2,000 calls a day and there were only 6 of them in the team, so I truly feel sorry for the Customer Service folks! Seems like Omnia bit off more than they could chew when taking on the Churchill Knight business, have a made a bit of a horlicks of the whole thing and now their Customer Service channels can't cope with the fall out. Maybe once the dust settles things will improve but personally I didn't want to risk it, so I've moved to another provider. Still trying to get through to Omnia to get a P45 though, so the impact on my PAYE calculations could be the gift that keeps on giving for a while yet.
Be careful!!
After being transferred from Churchill Knight, where I received excellent service, I have encountered numerous technical and operational issues with Omnia Outsourcing. Most concerningly, my salary has not reached my account three days after being sent by my agency. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have received no response. I advise others to exercise caution until their support and payment systems are stabilized.
Really helpful company
Really helpful company, I had never been paid umbrella before but they took the time to explain this to me and give calculations so I knew what to expect. Would recommend

I’ve been paid via Omnia for a couple of years now. No issues and nice to know wages will be in my account at the end of the week. I can’t say the same for other payroll companies I’ve ended up with paying me.
Great experience
I was previously with Churchill and transferred to Omnia. I’ve actually had a really good experience with Omnia so far. The staff have been very friendly and helpful, and payments have always been made on time. Although the phone lines were busy when I tried calling, I received a quick response as soon as I sent an email. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with the service.

It's a shame no-one answers calls or emails, a pretty shocking experience with this company so far.
Automated systems promising callbacks within 1 hrs, or within 24hrs not honoured. 86 seconds after being on hold forces you to leave a voicemail.
When I got connected, they have failed 3 times to sort out my assignment on the portal.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with…
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jay and the team at Omnia for over 5 years now. As an agency owner - it is imperative that our contractors get paid correctly and on time and they have never let us down. When we were seeking a new organisation to handle internal staff pay in addition to weekly contractor payrolls, we went as far as to instruct Omnia to handle our payroll cycle in its entirety. The team are brilliant and I can safely say we won’t be engaging with any other provider in the space.
